Bad management even with all the management changes. Lots of hidden fees when moving in and out that ended up costing me a total of $800. DONT expect to see any money back. I’ve never had so many things not work. Garbage disposal didn’t work before I moved in which smelled terrible which meant my dishwasher didn’t work. As soon as it got cold my heater didn’t work. The lock on my door consistently had issues that by the end I couldn’t even lock or unlock my door from the inside or outside and had too. So it was a terrible experience.

Do not apply to this apartment complex if you have a medium credit score. I applied with a great income and everything cost 300$ just to apply. After applying and being denied it took me weeks of calling everyday and emailing them several times to get ahold of someone regarding my application refund. After finally getting ahold of someone from calling for weeks on end she said that's weird I'm usually by the phone all day. I proceeded to tell her about the Google comments saying management is hard to get in contact with. If you apply, get denied and expect your money back it will.be challenge. And on top of that they mail back your money via check? So weird. I am still waiting for my refund.... be aware of application ? ?

Since we first moved in here in July 2024, we have been complaining about a few issues with the apartment. We have to clean the refrigerator every day because of a water leak that occurs , when the guy came and looked into it he just changed it from cold to colder. Some rooms' doors don't close all the way. You must wait five to six days for assistance if you have any issues, such as a water tub that is trapped with water or that isn't draining. In contrast to this place, where any issue would be fixed on the spot, I had been staying at Brick stone Apartments for about two years, and the management was excellent. It was our worst experience here in Parc at 21st and rock and we would not suggest it for our friends or family .

Office staff is perfect ! Maintenance staff is super quick ,efficient and friendly .My neighbors are amazing .I would have loved to have my apartment clean when I moved in and maybe some grass or something put down in my almost town house sized outdoor area .It's been a really great place to live .My next door neighbors have two huskies....

I had so much trouble with this property. Maintenance entered on multiple occasions WITHOUT calling or notifying me. I have a dog with anxiety and they closed her in the bedroom which led her to destroy something. After they entered without permission the first time they charged me for the blinds. my dog destroyed another set of blinds after maintenance entered WITHOUT permission AGAIN. I tried to talk to staff about it, but nothing was done because they still entered a couple more times without permission after that. And they would resolve issues without actually coming to fix them. They charged me for those AND left my apartment door open. I had to break my lease and the parent tried to charge me for the months after my lease was broken. They also tried to charge me for things that were damaged when I moved in.

Just toured Parc at 21st. Zac and Sofia were both friendly and very helpful. The property is clean and looks to be well maintained.

Edit: Unfortunately, we have recently had multiple issues with the apartment complex, and the lack of transparent communication can be frustrating and having lived at this apartment complex for a few years, I am sad to be changing my score negatively. While all of the front office and maintenance people are very pleasant to chat with, getting a timely, clear answer from them has been hard recently. We have waited over a month for maintenance. We have been promised to receive email updates multiple times about questions we've had and have still yet to receive even 1 email update to our questions. We receive different information dependent on who you talk to. With the hike in prices, we are saddened to see a decline in the customer service that was previously amazing. While I hope this is growing pains from a community that has historically treated us well, only time will tell.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 5 years. Since it was purchased by Greystar, they have made some fantastic quality of life updates. They've added a dog park, updated the inside of the apartments, and more! Management is amazing here. They are very receptive to feedback, extremely personable, and always helpful! Maintenance is very prompt (3 days max unless they need to order parts and they will keep you updated if that is the case).

Absolutely the worst property management company ever. The turn over rate of employees is ridiculous and no one ever does there job. Im currently waiting on them to send a ledger saying i have no balance but yet It was supposed to be sent 4 days ago. They called me and ask where my keys were even though they haven't done there part. There was a hole in my bathroom ceiling they partially fixed It and never returned to complete the job, my patio door was order a year ago and i never received It. My door lock should have been replaced everytime i mentioned It they just changed the screws and cracked the molding. Then you pay for amenities and they end up charging you for a pool key. They also let homeless live in their car for months after numerous reports. Dont move here save your money theres better quality and lower prices.
