What a fun experience! My husband and I purchased a Groupon for Whatz-Up Park. 2 hours unlimited play for 2 adults. They have Go Karts, Lazer tag, bumper cars, a wall to climb and mini golf. We did everything! Bumper cars twice and we still had more than enough time on our card. They have a good selection of games you can play too! The mini golf is pretty cool, it was probably my favorite. It's 40 credits, they have 3 different golf ball machine and you get to choose your own golf ball (you get to keep it) my husband and I really wanted the Pokémon ball one but it was out of order. So we got from the super hero one. He got Spider-Man and I got Deadpool. Overall, I enjoyed it and would come back!

We had a really good time at my nieces Birthday party. The food was really good too, and they have the most amazing mozzarella sticks and ranch dressing!!!

Fun, but multiple video games broken or stuck on an error. The food was in tiny servings. Honestly go to main event instead, but if you live around seven points it would be a good choice

Whatz-Up is Fun but, there was a sarcastic lady there while me and my family were playing lazer tag she was wearing a red shirt. My family member ask her that her friends vest wasnt on and the lady said sarcastically, she said well yeah it's not going to because it hasnt started yet so be quit and wait. So i think she should be nicer or get fired.

Definitely a place for locals only… if you live outside of Seven Points it’s not worth the drive or money. Employees are high school kids that aren’t too friendly. Bartender was the nicest person at this establishment. I had asked one of the employees if they had plates after bringing my family our pizza and as he was walking away with his back turned he said “nope”. I went to the bartender to ask for napkins since they didn’t have plates and she said “we have plates” and pointed me in the direction to grab some.

To start off, I’m not sure why this establishment has high reviews. We purchased a 2-hour, unlimited Go Kart, Laser Tag, Rock Climbing, and Bumper Cars package. It was lightly raining today, so I made sure to call in advance regarding the Go Karts and somewhat inclement weather. The man on the phone (I’m presuming is the manager) clearly stated, “Whenever the rain stops, we will open it back up again.” We live a bit far away, so we drove over an hour and a half just for this man to say, “It’s closed for the day.” Mind you, the rain had already stopped by the time we arrived. Also, we arrived around 7pm and this arcade doesn’t close until 10pm. We were debating coming another time, but we didn’t want to drive this far again, so we went ahead and redeemed the package. Throughout our time there, the workers were very awkward and standoffish. We would wait very long periods of time just for them to walk over to us. They made us feel like a hassle, despite us only being there for less than 20 minutes, and the package is supposedly *unlimited* for 2 hours. Nevertheless, we decided to play pool. When we asked the workers, they needed the managers approval? After another long wait, we finally got the managers approval. He gave us the supplies and even told us the first time is free, which I assumed was because of the unfortunate circumstances. Another weird thing, he needed to hold onto our IDs until we were done? He forgot to give us the triangle, so I asked the workers if they had one. Again, we need the manager. Also, they were smirking very weirdly while I asked and looked at each other awkwardly. At this moment, I was getting racist vibes from them. So, I walked to the manager myself and had to wait AGAIN. It seemed like he was talking to his significant other, which I was trying to be understanding, but people are waiting!! Finally, he got to us and found a triangle after taking a while to find it. We were done with our game, and as we were giving the supplies back, he told us he needs the balls as well (they’re obviously in the machine). I reminded him that he told us the first game was free. He denied it and said that we need to pay to get the balls. So, the first time is NOT free. Overall, a very odd experience and very weird workers that sorta stand there and do nothing but stare at you. I don’t know if this is a unique issue because we’re people of color and this is a predominantly white area, but regardless, be better.

They are really expensive. Also before we went we viewed their website and pricing and it was misleading instead of being free for 50 and over it was only for the water park. It was $40 per person. To go ride gokarts in a couple other things, all day. It was completely outrageous so we just did the pay for one ride to for each 8 dollars. The man running the gokarts was rude. I'm a thick woman and I needed the adult size so I could ride with my 10 year old daughter separately and he was rude but i brushed it off as it was funnyThen we played two games 4 times each for me and my daughter and it was $20. The girl that was behind the counter the cashier she was super nice but everything else just I would not recommend unless you got a buttload of cash for hardly nothing, and would like to be to make feel very heavy because one of the cars wouldn't fit and I was holding everything up.

My son had a wonderful time in his time here. Some of the rides need repairs. We were unable to play several of the games as they were out of order. The go-carts could use some repairs. But the workers were kind and friendly and my family had an enjoyable day out here and we will return again sometime soon.
