Beau parc avec beaucoup de structure, balançoires, glissades pour enfant. Des voiles protègent les enfants du soleil. Vers 19h00, il y a foule d'enfant surexcités qui brûlent l'énergie qu'il leur reste avant de faire dodo. Je recommande grandement ce parc. Le seul bémol est qu'il est situé sur la rue Collins quelque peu bruyante.

Town Center Park is a 3 acre park located on the west side of Collins Avenue.
The land the park sits on was once a shopping mall. After it was demolished the property was donated to the city by the developer and turned into this tranquil park.

The park is completely fenced in which is a great safety feature. Inside is a playground, fitness trail with exercise equipment, meditation garden for adults only open daily from 9 AM-6 PM, public art, restroom, and gazebo. Much of this park is state-protected wetland area.

The only negative of this park is that the parking lot is very small in relation to the popularity of the park. One other thing is you have to watch out for kids on scooters. Parents allow their kids to ride them at break neck speeds on the exercise path and several times I found myself having to jump out of the way. This area is mainly high rise condos on the beach so a green space like Town Center Park is essential for having a place to take the kids to play outside and for exercise.

I used to enjoy going to this park to workout, but now the city management of it has let it go to hell. First off, although there are signs warning parents not to let little children climb all over the exercise machines, such as the dip unit, they still climb all over the exercise units and interfere with those who wish to genuinely workout. Because of this, the dip unit is now broken and has not been repaired or replaced. I don't understand why? The city has the money if they can afford to pay lazy and obese maintenance men that just sit in their oversized trucks with the AC running who close the park down on a whim if the slightest drop of rainfall occurs. Why have we become a nanny state? If a citizen wishes to exercise during some light rainfall or even a storm, let them do so. This country has become so communist it disgusts me. Also, why hasn't a bigger or better playground been built for the obnoxious children who instead prefer to climb all over the pull up bars? This isn't safe and the lazy fat maintenance guards should be telling the children not to be playing on the exercise units. It's just ridiculous. At the very least the city should repair or replace the dip unit. Just more incompetent leadership run by another corrupt mayor, from you know where.

Great park with a meditation garden! Swings, covered playground, restrooms, vending machine, and a sidewalk that loops around the entire park.

I go here to play and to make friends I like playing tag and freeze tag with some hide and seek. I play harsh tag too. There is lots of teens and kids in the park and it's protected by police so it's a safe area for you and your family

Hellooo!!! This is the only park with a workout area you will find around. Bars, benches, and more bars to exercise.
Yes, the only one in the town of sunny isle beach. So if you are visiting town, now you know where to come to workout.
It also has a modern playground for kids... And malyshkas!!

Restrooms, water fountain, and a vending machine also available for your comfort.

I remember that years ago the park also had a skate park in the back but it is not open any longer. Theres nothing as a replacement.

Nice conservation area, just a few acres, along the park...
