I would like to say that Dominique is phenomenal. I contacted her to let her know about issues I was having in my apartment and she sent maintenance the following day to take care of those issues. About 4:45 pm today, I contacted her about my door handle because the type of handle it is I couldn’t find a child safety lock for it. My two grandkids were able to get out of the door. I let her know about it and since it was so late in the day she’s having maintenance come in the morning. I truly appreciate her working quickly to get these things done to insure we are comfortable and safe. Thank you Dominique for making that experience pleasant. You are greatly appreciated.

I totally appreciate all the staff here especially Ms. Mariel who helped me tremendously with everything. She really went above and beyond to help me try and get into the apartments. I also want to thank her for being so patient and understanding I’ve honestly never experienced that from an apartment agent on this side of Houston so it was refreshing to say the least.
