I recently moved in after being on a waiting list. Once the apartment came open of my choice, Leslie, Property manager and Carlos, Assisted Mgr stayed in contact with me daily until I moved in and always with a smile. They were all very professional and consistent with all the documents and making sure the process was smooth. I moved in a week ago and had a maintenance issue, I contacted the office and Kenny the maintenance supervisor immediately responded and my issue was resolved within 24 business hours. There is no perfect place but there are perfect maintenance teams. They are always on the grounds keeping it clean and replenished. You see maintenance driving around responding to any issues or concerns. The laundry facility is clean and machines are well maintained. My apartment looks amazing and I love my view of the trees in the back of my apartment. The dog park is a special gift because it is very close to me with is greatly appreciated. I feel like I live on a few acres, when I look outside so beautiful.
It is very quiet here and friendly neighbors who have lived here for years. I love watching the children outside playing which is rare to see since iPads came along. I would recommend these apartments if you are looking for reasonable rent, nice environment, pet friendly, plenty of parking spaces, professional and friendly staff and quick responding maintenance team.

I moved here a year ago ,downsized to a one bedroom ,I have lived in a few apts.but found this location perfect for access to everywhere ,I love the people that work here , management is awesome and is always kind ,friendly ,helpful ,and maintenance is awesome and quick to fix any situation,it's a peaceful community ,and the apartments are kept up and homely ,nice patios great outdoors ,pet friendly ,family friendly ,I can honestly say they have always made me feel welcomed and helped me feel like it was my home I love living here it is affordable from utilities to rent it's very affordable,and they treat the residents with respect and helpful ess that leaves you with the feeling that you are part of the community.very peaceful you have access to churches to Walmart to everything you could possibly need. But I give management five stars because they're the ones that make the place and make you feel welcome and at home .Sandy Martino-Hewitt.

Lived here for three years place was ok and it was a nice place to live in but after living here i gotten bedbugs and roaches plus after while been havin a ant problem plus my husband truck been messed with and then it was stolen plus our expensive bike was messed with to dont live here if you want your vehcile messed with or have downstairs neighbors who complain and rat you out to the office for something so stupid plus that dont speak english at all it was a nice neighborhood and somewhat nice people but this place really sucks bad ...

I would absolutely recommend reaching out to the leasing office if you are needing a nice apartment and stress-free application process. I was so tired of applying for other places, waiting and then being turned down without explanation. Leslie went the extra mile for me, and I am sure she will for you too. She gave me options and was willing to work with me, when other places didn't even try, or care. She really does care. Now, I am looking forward to my new apartment.-- 🙂 Thank you Leslie!

My sister has lived at these apartments for nearly 2 years. I’m disgusted at the way she was treated. Her AC unit began to leak back in April and flooded her hallway and partially into her living room. She called multiple times to have maintenance come fix it. It ruined some of her furniture. When they finally came, 3 months later, their “fix” was setting a fan in the hallway. They did pull the carpet back and removed the padding and then put the molded carpet back. Her AC unit also quit working so she went for months without ANY kind of air conditioning. She just moved out and it’s still not fixed! The neighbors above her were awful and would practice jumping and playing music at top volume starting at 11pm every night. When she would finally call to report it to the office, then the neighbors just got louder until my husband and myself were there visiting and my husband pretty much threatened them. It stopped for about a week. Then my sister came home from being out of town burying her husband to her bathroom ceiling falling in and water dripping excessively from the ceiling. She called emergency maintenance 27 times that night in the fear that the neighbors tub was going to fall through her ceiling. They finally came to look at it 3 days later. They’re “fix” was to just patch the hole. It lasted 12 days and right back to a whole in her ceiling because they DIDNT FIX THE LEAK! And here’s the kicker, they are keeping her deposit because of the flooded hallway and bathroom ceiling!!!! These people are awful and they need to be exposed!

I lived At the Park at Forest Oaks for over three years. Was never once late on my rent, not one time. They kept increasing my rent $80 with every lease renewal. I was supposed to be living in an updated apartment but the bathtub was a mess from the minute I moved in. I gave them a 30 day notice, cleaned the apartment, not only did they take my $300 deposit, but they charged me $95 for the bathtub that was disgusting from the minute I moved in. And I had complained about it several times. The people in the office are rude, I would absolutely not recommend living here. I want my $95.00 back! That is absolutely ridiculous! Basically I just bought them a new bathtub.

Lived here for a year. I've had constant water problems since I've been here. The gate doesn't work. The on site laundry is iffy at best. I drive down the road to Liberty laundry instead. Not a bad location for the price of rent but accommodations and consistency is lacking.

Security is very bad, they steal vehicles inside the condominium, they steal clothes inside the laundry with a key, they don't solve anything
