The Parc has very friendly and attentive staff. They are very helpful and doing a great job at keeping me healthy and keeping my best interest in mind. I would recommend my friends to come here if they needed it.

My father has a serious brain injury so communication and speed are very difficult for him. He has been here over 2 years and has had a terrible experience. Almost all the items he moved in with from clothing to bedding to shoes have gone missing. Even the replacement items that were bought for him have disappeared. When he does receive items from the lost and found they are far too big for him or are not weather appropriate. He struggles with the smoking rules/times and with showering. I would expect a professional facility to be able to manage issues like these but the staff is well aware of the problems and nothing seems to improve. I've escalated my concerns in the wellness meetings and even to the director of the building and still find myself dealing with the same troubles time and time again. I do appreciate the few staff members who have made an effort to help as best as they can. I understand places like this are hard to work in but I'm honestly out of patience.

Did not do physical rehab, my father-in-law got bed sores, did not follow cardiologist rehab routine, tracheotomy was dirty (not being cleaned). Finally had to call 911 to get moved out of there. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT put your loved ones here!

As an employee I love working here. I love the staff and the residents very much. I do my very best to make sure the residents are happy and enjoy their time here.

I would not recommend this facility. There are some amazing staff including Brittany, Kintoya, Nancy, Marcel, Lynette, Sharina, Tim, Sal, Linda from therapy and Nick to name a few. Administration and management as a whole lack ethics, boundaries, compassion, and training. There is a problem with residents items going missing and never being found. Floor staff often can be heard using lewd language, playing on their phones and not tending to the residents. Corporate is aware of the above and is only concerned with filling a bed. I truly hope a change is made, though I am one person. In my time in the social services department, I know I did my very best to help the residents and will miss them dearly. I recommend looking elsewhere for your loved one.

Due to the closing of another facility, I needed to find a new placement for a special needs senior.
I spoke to and visited several facilities.
The Parc was not only welcoming but extremely professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. At the front desk, Maya greeted us with warm words and a smile.
We were then most cordially greeted by staff on move-in day and quite frankly overwhelmed by the kindness of the nurses, especially Simone who went above and beyond to secure all the necessary equipment. It was the end of her shift but she stayed to place an order for a specialized mattress to insure that it would arrive by morning on the following day. This was so comforting to witness as she prioritized the care and best interest of her patient.
Brittany in the Business Office knows her job well and efficiently guided me through their process.
We just had our first CarePlan meeting and Susie and her team navigated through the Parc protocol which was both impressive and comprehensive. Communication is key in achieving optimal results.
This facility is clean, functions well and is not under staffed, which can be the most catastrophic deficit in a care facility.
Well done! Thank you also to Carolyn Tait for steering us in the right direction.

Everything here is so wonderful and they take such great care of me. I couldn't ask for better living conditions. The staff that make this place amazing are Ianna, Davisha , Maryam, Suzy, Tiffany, David, Jennifer C, Miah, Neveah, Bobbie G Jessica G, and the whole therapy department! I am so grateful for the people here, I love it at the Parc!
