I was very disappointed in my experience living here, and would not recommend it to anyone. On the day I moved in I found my refrigerator did not work, my toilet did not work, multiple light bulbs were out, and the apartment partially flooded the first time I did my laundry because the draining hose had not been screwed into the wall. Everything but the fridge was able to be fixed. But I ended up living in the apartment for over 2 weeks without a fridge and had no way to store food. I made a request to have the time without a fridge taken off my rent payment, as they have a legal duty to maintain a habitable home. However, the management at the complex told me that issue had to be handled by their corporate office. I contacted the corporate office multiple times, and they just ignored me. Even though they had breached their end of the contact, I did nothing about it because the time and energy it would have taken to take them to court over it would not have been worth it.
Every experience I had with management there made me feel like they care more about making money, rather than making sure their tenants are being taken care of.
You can find a better place to live than here, and I did too!

Thought I was moving into a great apartment. It was filthy when i moved in. First month I got hit with fees for gate that works part of the time, electricity for the complex, etc. The pool was either dirty or closed 50% of the summer. The small putt putt golf in disrepair. Upon move out you are required to professionally clean and get paint from the apartment to paint your apartment before leaving, as well as have carpets professionally cleaned. Which i did and was charged for cleaning because there was supposedly dust on the doors. Told me the microwave was dirty. Took pictures before I left. Wish i had taken the doors. Small things to be fixed such as blinds are $100. The luxury apartment up the road is much nicer and the same price.

And let’s not forget the beautiful outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying the Tulsa weather next to a clean well-kept pool with some miniature golf.

I wholeheartedly recommend The Parc @ 51st to anyone seeking a high-quality living experience. It's more than just an apartment; it's a home.

(Rented one bed one bath) In the beginning it was a little rocky as I moved into an apartment where the water heater pipe burst(which could’ve ended very badly if it wasn’t just the pipe) and the air conditioning wasn’t able to be fixed for about a month. HOWEVER.
It has been the best apartment I’ve lived in. The staff really does care about the things that slip through the cracks and are always looking for ways to improve the quality of the complex. When the water heater pipe burst, maintenance was here the NEXT day with a brand new water heater for us. And when the AC went out, he showed up that afternoon with a window unit that kept us perfectly cool until our AC system was able to be fixed. If you have a complaint, maintenance will come THAT day to check out the issue, or the very next day. It’s super quiet, I can’t hear screaming or talking or tv’s through the wall.
We just upgraded our lease renewal and look forward to another year of peace here in a 2 bed 2 bath.

I recently lived at Parc at East 51st and had quite a disappointing experience. When we moved in, the apartment was DIRTY, and had several BROKEN fixtures, including loose faucets, island countertop was lifting up and big air bubbles, doors didn't close all the way, windows were hard to lift and the bedroom one didn't open despite that being a FIRE HAZARD...they came in and everything but the window in the bedroom after 2 weeks of telling them and getting a response that it was done when it wasn't. For the window the manager said "the earth is shifting" so the window wouldn't open. We had an issue with the toilet so we called in an emergency for maintenance to come at 11pm without tools to fix it and say flush it to see if water would come out then said he would be back the next day. We did not stay a day more over our lease, left as soon as our lease was over. Despite these issues we left the place better than what we got it.

One of the biggest problems was the pricing. The charges never made sense and we were constantly hit with unexpected fees. For example, our utilities bill would always be over $140 with all hidden fees. Which seemed excessive for a small apartment. The only water that seemed to running up the bill was coming from the ceiling. NO HOT WATER! You get charged electricity even though you pay through PSO.

Overall I wouldn't recommend The Parc at East Fifty-First due to the poor condition of the apartment upon move in and the confusing, high charges. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements for future tenants.

I’ve lived here now 2 months and love it! The management was very helpful getting me in and set up quickly.. she was very attentive to what I needed to move my move in process along.. the privacy, neighbors, landscaping, the pool.. all A+..

We were set to move into this place but after reading all these bad reviews we are going with a different place. Me and my husband have a bad feeling about this place and the lady did not seem friendly.

Definitely go with your gut, I feel like an apartment should not have this amount of bad reviews and they would not show us the EXACT model we wanted they would only show the floor model which was used to described as identical but at first on the phone she said the floor model was the same as the one we wanted but her words kept changing saying identical or similar. Doesn’t make sense why I can’t see that exact model I wanted to lease and if the apartment is ready to lease immediately then you have the keys to show me. Sketchy vibes 100%. And she waved to some of the tenants on the tour and none of them waved back which was weird.

* can’t reply to the owners message but no we did not show up a day early as I did show you the conformation when we arrived as you did have an attitude about it 🙂 and yes we were happy leaving but we saw all the reviews . These reviews are to help improve the quality of your business and is kinda off putting your complaining about a potential client coming into the office for information on your place.
