Petit musée à l'intérieur de l'université avec de très belles choses, notamment concernant les dinosaures et les pierres/cristaux/météorologiques.....
Le département des animaux empaillés est très complet mais un peu vieillot!
J'ai passé 40 bonnes minutes, avec un peu de mise à jour, modernisation, ce musée pourrait être vraiment bien!

This museum is packed full of fossils, space rocks, and native Texas wildlife, and it’s not all locked behind glass either. At check in you can take a flyer with a fun scavenger hunt with choice things to find on every floor and you’re even encouraged to touch some things!

MANY things to see, but this museum is not huge and overwhelming. You can easily see every exhibit in just a couple of hours, which makes it ideal for small children. We felt it was the perfect size without being overwhelming or feeling like we were missing out

I would have never thought Texas would have its own prehistoric relics! UT did a great job inn assembling the different floors specific to Texas! Worth the money. They do have wheelchair access which was very helpful when I brought my son. We parked next to the building. Affordable easy parking. Restroom was clean. Gift shop was a nice touch.

This museum feels very basic or bare bones: In fact, the most exciting things are the bones: The dinosaur skeletons in the central atrium (Myself and a friend ran a foul of a docent and were warned off touching the exhibits and leaning on anything. Decidedly NON- interactive. This friend is visually impaired, touch is very important).Includes dioramas of Texas wildlife, fourth floor taken up by exhibit about "where science meets fashion."

Great place to visit , Sundays are free , they have their students all over and are very interested in chatting with the visitors and explaining some of the exhibits. Family-friendly place , perfect to educate your children

It’s a small museum in any measurement let alone as a state science and natural history museum. It’s less than 1/5 size of Arizona Science Natural History Museum. Less than 30 minutes for the entire tour. And it is even smaller with way less collections than a private museum at Danville, CA, a museum belonging to a nonprofit foundation. Wish the state government can invest more to provide a educational attractions for the state capital. And the staffs at front desk appeared indifferent to their work and showing little enthusiasm. Not their faults, it’s just the vibe.

Must visit place if you are a geology or paleontology enthusiast. Saw some really cool fossils, bones, and rocks. You can expect to spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours here, depending on how much you want to learn.

Ample parking space and very cheap tickets. With a student card, it's only 6 dollars. General admission is 10 dollars. I went here in 4th of July. So it's probably open during some holidays too. Check beforehand if they are open.
