My boyfriend and I got lessons with an amazing Italian instructor Moreno! His expertise and passion for skiing was a privilege to experience and highly recommend for anyone considering lessons. I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with your agency during my ski holiday in Courchevel.

While I was initially excited to be skiing under the guidance of your instructors, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had with one of your instructors, Erica. Unfortunately, her attitude and conduct left a lot to be desired and significantly affected the quality of our experience.

Erica was consistently snappy, unhelpful, and visibly disinterested. On multiple occasions, she was found chatting with her friend Benny rather than paying attention to us. She often frowned, made faces, and displayed very little enthusiasm or encouragement—something especially critical when dealing with beginner skiers like us.

One specific instance stood out in particular: my wife and I collided and nearly fell. Erica simply stood by, watching and continuing her conversation with Benny, instead of stepping in to help. Eventually, our friends had to walk over to assist us. When we confronted her about her lack of support, her response was shocking—she yelled, “I’m not your slave.” This is completely unacceptable and not the kind of tone or language one expects from a professional in a service-oriented environment. We have always been polite and respectful, and I’m confident any of your other instructors—including Francesco, Benedetta, or Luca—would vouch for that.

In contrast, I would like to highlight the excellent experience I had with Luca later in the day. He was professional, kind, encouraging, and genuinely made skiing an enjoyable experience. Please do extend our appreciation to him—he was a true ambassador for your company and a pleasure to learn from.

Earlier in the day, I even called your office and spoke with Susan to request a change of instructor, but was informed that no one else was available. I decided to give it another shot, hoping the experience with Erica would improve, but unfortunately, it only worsened.

For the record, this was not a one-off instance. Even the previous day, when my wife fell, Erica did not bother to help her up. When asked about learning how to turn, her curt response was, “What do you think I’ve been doing till now?” This sort of response lacks professionalism and empathy, especially when dealing with beginners who are just trying to learn and enjoy themselves.

I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action. Erica’s behavior was not just rude—it bordered on negligent. I would strongly urge you to review this matter internally, speak to other instructors and even Benny (who was present during these incidents), and take corrective steps.

Due to this experience, I would find it difficult to recommend your services to others in the future unless I can be assured that such behavior is not representative of your company.

I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure better experiences for future.

Thanks to the team at Supreme for assisting me to book short notice lessons with Jenny at Mèribel.
I had the best time and felt like I achieved a lot and improved so much.
After 3 days I was confident and able to ski some green runs with my husband which was my goal.

Special shout out to Jenny.
She was so wonderful and is not only an awesome teacher but an awesome person too.

The instructors at Supreme were brilliant with young children, friendly, small groups and longer lesson times letting parents hit the slopes for a few hours! Our daughter age 5 progressed so well and is now a confident skier on the blues! Giulia was great.
