Absolutely one of the best swimming pools I've been to in the UK, so many different features to the pool, there is plenty to keep children, teens and adults entertained for hours. There is a seperate area for young ones and exciting rides accessible to most over 1.2m tall. For those that can't swim too well, there are free buoyancy aids dotted about. When you get tired, there is always a coffee shop to recharge.

We enjoyed our time here, we were there midweek in winter and I was told that it is much busier in the summer! We went twice, the pool was still a little busy and the whirlpools were usually about half full. The slides are great, I screamed on the flume. I can’t swim and I didn’t find any water I couldn’t stand up in, also helps that the rides don’t end by dumping you in a pool! The costume/towel shop is very expensive, paid £20 for a towel anyway though because I loved the pattern so oh well. The lady that served me in the shop was absurdly lovely. We were there with two other families and rented a cabana twice, the free drinks and 8 towels were very handy especially with the kids. It was dark and quiet with a tv for the parents to relax and breathe while the kids went wild in the pools. So many different pools we were spoilt for choice but I could have lived in that outdoor pool! Nice and hot in the cool air with a nice gentle current and seats along the side, annoyingly my partner wanted to go back in too soon for my liking. We had a lot to fit in 4 days as it was our first visit but I’d definitely spend a lot more time in the pool next time!

Overall a nice experience. When I had an issue staff members were friendly; so not sure what some people here are on about saying the staff members are rude. There’s some minor TLC needed, but nothing serious - everything is in good shape and functional. During our visit all pools, flumes, canyon ride and the tropical cyclone were open and working. Changing rooms could use a little more ventilation - they do get very stuffy. A few sun loungers would be a great addition.

The children really enjoyed the pool. The centre has Four main slides plus a couple smaller ones. Good area for toddlers and babies. The main pool also has a wave machine. There is a rapids section and a couple of heated outdoor pools. There is standard pool where activities like aqua jetting are carried out.

Really good fun. Gets busy though, so go when people are eating.
The waves are every half hour. The lazy river gets busy, but is worth the crowds.
They sell waterproof camera cases for the pool as you are allowed to use them. Buy one on amazon for 1/4 of the price.
Heated floors in the changing rooms and wet clothes spinners to get out the excess water.
Everything is cashless.
Open till late

A fantastic pool with hours of fun to be had. There are slides, wave pool, rapids and more . Some of the slides have drops and you get dunked a lot so bear that in mind with young children. It can get busy in their. They have a lot of lifeguards around the pool and the staff are fantastic.
