Loved this park located so close to Luries Hospital. I love how it's a random park located right in the middle of the city. So glad my friend showed us this park during our visit. It was nice to have a place for my kids to burn off energy before the night was over that wasn't just miles of walking. It's definitely a park for younger kids. A 10 year old may not have as much fun as a 7 year old here. It's located right next to one of the city's fire stations.

There's a wooded walkway to the park with benches and street lights and it's everything I'd imagine a picturesque city park would be like. I loved it.

Nice and clean park right next to a fire station. All enclosed with one entrance/exit. Fun and challenging climbing structures for kids 5-10 and easier toddler area with terrain and slides. Partially shaded. No picnic tables. Parking is a challenge, as expected.

This park has a very convenient location immediately adjacent to Lurie Children's Hospital. This location does mean it's extremely busy, with tons of ambulance sirens and lots and lots of car sounds while the kids are playing. The playground equipment is novel and cool, almost quirky, on both the "big kids" and "little kids" sides, but my son physically struggled a little on the big kids' side and wasn't having a great time over there, and I saw two kids slip and fall while playing, with one kid who was around 6 or 7 fall from a relatively high height and wind up crying for a long time. My son wound up enjoying himself on the little kids' side for a long time. As cool as the playground looks, it honestly isn't as well-designed as some other parks in the area.

a cute local playground tucked in between the city streets and easy walking distance from the navy pier. my 3 and 5.5 yo enjoyed the small car track so don't forget to bring some hot wheels!

one odd thing I noticed was all the swings are for baby/toddlers so big kids don't have the option

Great playground in the middle of a busy city. The whole park is fenced. Located right next to a fire station which is a plus for the little one a since they get to see ambulances and fire trucks going on and off often. The playground has two sections, one for the little ones with bucket swings and small slides and another for bigger kids with monkey bars and some structures to climb and 1 big slide.

Llevamos nuestro niño acá, LE ENCANTO el lugar, no se quería ir.
En sus instalaciones posee dos áreas de juegos; una para los más pequeños y otra para los más grandesitos.
Tiene columpios, y una especie de torre con un tobogán, de fácil acceso.
Las áreas se mantiene limpias.

Good one for all ages kids, it has two sections for young and their older siblings. It’s totally fenced and safe to play between a busy street. Just opposite is Museum of Contemporary Arts. They also have some good sitting benches.

Small beautiful well kept park
There’s plenty to do for your little ones. Park is fenced which is a plus for little ones safety. Right next to firehouse! Gate is child proof too. Enjoy ?
