Today, I received a call from Matt at the office regarding the return of my apartment keys. I explained that I had overlooked returning the keys on Friday when I made my final rent payment.

I informed Matt that I could bring the keys by during my lunch break. However, he responded that I would be charged for two additional days because the keys weren’t returned on Friday. I expressed surprise and concern, as I was not informed of this policy when I called the office on Friday. I explained that had I been made aware of this charge, I would have returned the keys then to avoid the extra fee.

Unfortunately, Matt’s response was curt and somewhat argumentative, which added to my frustration. I believe that tenants should be fully informed of any additional charges or requirements, particularly during the move-out process. Clear communication would prevent misunderstandings like this and ensure a smoother experience for everyone involved.

I had the opportunity to speak with Brittney, the office manager, and she was excellent in handling the situation. Her professionalism and clear communication made a positive difference, and I really appreciate her assistance.

This experience highlighted the importance of effective communication and good customer service. I believe it’s essential for all staff members to prioritize these qualities, and I hope MATT will consider this when interacting with residents in the future.

Late Thursday night part of my apartment flooded. Maintenance was there within 15 minutes with all the equipment needed. They were there for about an hour checking residents under me for any leaks, as well as all other residents. They were so quick in a time of immense stress, as a new tenant. They put fans under the carpet and outside of the carpet. I got new padding for my carpet Monday morning. Everything was handled with kindness and quickness by maintenance. Def recommend Park at Mission Hills! - a new tenant.

No me mude allí por la mala atencon de la oficina. Un señor que se llama Matt, no me atendió con el respeto y educación que se merece cualquier persona. Llegue a la oficina 20 minutos antes de que cerraran y no hacía más que interrumpirme y no dejarme hablar porque se quería ir a su casa. Solo quería preguntarle por mi aplicación, ya que todos los pasos que me estaba diciendo ya los habia hecho y solo me mandaba callar sin dejar expresarme. Me pareció maleducado, violenta e inaceptable esa actitud. Por esa razón no me mude alli, porque al final quien te atiende en la oficina es la misma persona que tiene que resolver los problemas cuando vives alli. Si fuera la propietaria de este complejo, revisaría muy bien las personas que atienden a los clientes, ya que estoy segura que han perdido muchos residentes por esa misma razon. Es muy triste que siga habiendo gente con tan poca profesionalidad y empatía.

Just moved in at these apartments about three weeks ago, so far everything is great! The location is good, the apartment is nice. This is my third time moving, and my last time. I plan to stay at these apartments for a long time. Madeline is awesome ! I would highly recommend these apartments!

Update 4/23/2024
- don’t leave your door unlocked, I accidentally did and the next morning when I got in my car the glove box was open and everything was took out and all over the floor and passenger seat. Lock your doors and don’t leave anything valuable inside. I’m surprised none of them neighbors said anything to me. It is what it is.

The people in the office at Mission Hills are the best! Madeline and Matt were so nice and helpful from the beginning and have continued to be responsive to any concerns. Mike and the maintenance staff have also been helpful and kind. We really like the location being so close to the expressway. The apartment is nice and modern-looking, and we hear surprisingly little noise from outside the apartment.

These people are nice when you move in and while you live there, but the minute you move out, they are almost rude if you have to interact after moving. We cleaned the apartment 10x better than it was when he moved in. We had the carpets cleaned and pet treated on moving and now they are charging my son for carpet replacement. They are trying to say the carpet was urine stained and that the carpet was replaced before he moved in, but I couldn't tell the carpet was new on move-in. No new carpet smell or pieces that you normally see on new carpet. I think they are being unreasonable to charge over $1000 to a student who maintained the apt better than most. Beware if you have a pet because they will charge you for new carpet regardless.They don't clean the drains and had things that were needing to be done when my son moved in and we didn't complain. Just realize that you will probably not get your deposit back when you choose to live here. I have lived in apartments most of my life, but this was just ridiculous.

They are not good at fixing things and don’t like to fix things. When you try to get in touch with the office about it and communicate with them, they don’t like to be wrong. The apartments are supposed to be luxurious, but there isn't much luxury about them. I have had poor experiences with them. I have stayed in other Case and Associates apartments and have not had as many issues as I have at this one. they been have coming out three times to fix my sink and it’s still not working properly

Worst apartment I ever lived! They have rats on the apartments coming from the floor! This is absolutely disgusting! I lost the half of my grocery this month because of that and the management told me the most they can do is called an exterminator during the week, not even now! Management team is completely inefficient and useless! they truly dont care about people living there! Dont sign with this people!
