I’ve had much success living here. When I need something done it is done in a very timely manner. The manager handles maintenance quickly. I have had no problems at all.

Parc Place is a great area to live. The amenities, such as the pool, workout room, and media//computer room are also available for us residents. Everything is kept clean and I feel safe being here. Huge thanks to the staff.

The manager of these units have a terrible attitude, when she is there or decides to answer the phone. The back is filthy with food . People just dump their pots out. Everyone that is renting has a pit bull. You alert the manager about maintenance issues on major appliances and it doesn't get fixed for months. The pool is a joke kids skateboard into the pool they even ride their bikes into the pool. Your cars get beat up and scratched by kids bikes balls and other objects. Some people place their garbage outside their door and leave it for days. The wet stinky juice from the garbage gets all over the cement walking areas. People spit and leave food scraps all in the walking areas. I would not recommend this place because it's nasty and disgusting and management doesn't care.

Revised:
Recently ParcPlace hired a new assistant office manager Mrs. Krystal G. many changes has begin with her arrival. Immediate response, footwork, she has put in place several activities for the families this summer. Mrs Krystal been here a month and I must say she’s doing great. Many of the residents are speaking highly about her and her availability.
The office doors are always open hours of operation has been professional and courteous. Maintenance repairs has been less than 24 hours to be completed. This is amazing and we’re looking forward for the pool, gym, and computer room to be open for more than 3 weeks this summer. Giving the children something to do that’s the point to prevent idle time we all work together to keep a safe and happy environment for our families here@ ParcPlace apartment.
Professionalism is always the best when dealing with any situation. Amy & Krystals are working together bringing up the reviews. Several reviews are residents who was deprived of on time repairs where it lead to negative & poor ratings. Instead of correcting these errors to make changes on Parc Place reviews no issues was ever addressed.
When you have someone who truly care about the residents and how they should be treated as well as living. This is truly important and means a lot to people to be treated as human beings. We now have the advantage to do now with Krystal & the maintenance men in office great things ahead for the residents, future residents & potential residents.
Thanks to a new beginning Amy & Krystal ?

I’ve been a long term resident at Parc Place for many years. The property was purchased by RPM Living. The new management has little interest in actual property management. Maintenance requests are handled very poorly and the minimum is done to temporarily resolve the problem. Property is poorly managed, lots of trash on the ground, dog feces all over the grass and sidewalks. The entrance gate is always open for anybody to enter. For the past several months I’ve put in several maintenance requests to take care of the issues and nothing has been done. No follow up from front office. Impossible to make contact with manager. I have multiple email threads and request forms filled out in front office and seems as Parc Place has dismissed all of my requests. I have sent email to corporate department at RPM living. Still no resolution at all as well as poor customer service. This far from luxury living and service as advertised.

Rent here at your own risk the apartments upon moving was infested with roaches. Management and maintenance never response or come when needed the entire pandemic I was without a working washing machine if there’s ever a problem you have to call them multiple times just to be assisted with an attitude if I could give 0 stars I would. Also since moving out I received a debt letter which I was never notified about and left the apartment in better shape I moved in it with

In late October 2021 I called Parc Place Apts to inquire about any upcoming vacancies. I was told by Ms. Michelle in the leasing office that a few units would be available within 30 days and to come to the property to formally apply. After filling out the application I was told that I was approved for a unit and I needed to pay a non-refundable $40 application fee. Ms. Michelle also suggested that I add my name to the waiting list by paying $100 reservation fee. She explained that the reservation fee was refundable and would be returned once I moved in. I was the first and only name on the reservation list at the time and she assured me with in thirty days I'd be contacted with a move in date. Considering the Thanksgiving holiday, I called December 1st 2021 to inquire about the availability of the promised unit. I was told that it was not quite ready yet but Ms. Michelle couldn't tell me how long it would be before I'd be ready. Her exact words were "I apologize Mr. Johnson but be patient". from that date every two weeks I would call to inquire about the availability and each time her response was the same. In late December Ms. Michelle and any other staffing member stopped answering my calls. On Jan. 7th, 2022 I contacted cooperate and explained this issue to Ms. Donna who is the regional manager and explained I no longer wanted the apartment but just the $100 refunded to me. She told me Ms. Michelle no longer worked for the property and she'd have the local property manager reach out to me. I waited a few days and still wasn't contacted. Jan 12, 2022 I went to the Parc Place leasing office and spoke to a young lady Dominique about the situation and she explained the property manager is Castaran Lee and I'd need to contact her because she wasn't authorized to issue a refund. Today I called at least 20 times and have yet to hear back from Ms Lee. I made contact with Dominique and she relayed a message from Ms Lee that the refund would need to be authorized by cooperate. Unacceptable & Unprofessional
