Living at Parc Huron rocks! The staff is super friendly and always there to help out.

The location is awesome, with tons of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs nearby. Plus, there are two parks within walking distance. It's a really dog-friendly place, which is perfect for pet owners like me. And let's not forget the amazing amenities – spa, hot tub, and pool!

I highly recommend Parc Huron. It's been an awesome place to live!

We recently got to tour this wonderful apartment building. I must say the staff is extremely kind. The front desk serviceman was so welcoming and kind to the residents. The parking was smooth and readily available. Sam (our tour guide) was wonderful! He provided us with refreshments, sat with us to discuss our expectations, and took the time to show us the apartments that fit our budget (be mindful of space with your price range). The apartments were gorgeous with a great set up and may come with a nice balcony. The building is pet friendly and the neighbors seemed nice. The amenities were immaculate with a beautiful winery, theater, and spa area (perfect for in-house date nights or friend gatherings). The grill area and gym was a little outdated. However, it was overall a great experience in a really nice area. I hope this review help future tenants who are considering the Parc Huron.

Living at Parc Huron has been great! Beyond the wonderful amenities and location, the staff is even more incredible! From touring the apartment with Sam to being greeted by Sylvester, AJ or Bianca, everything makes you feel at home. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to fix any appliances or issues that occur during your stay. Jose, Nelson, and Juan are an amazing team who respond to all requests quickly and earnestly! I had a problem with the dryer and Jose immediately jumped in to see the problem and replace the entire unit! Overall, the staff make this place a home!

We love Parc Huron! The apartment is beautiful, the staff are all so friendly, and it’s in a great area. Our oven had an issue and they immediately acted and we had a new oven installed in less than 24 hours thanks to Nelson and Juan! Great experience.

After three years in the city, I realized I am a suburb girl. Even though the concrete jungle wasn’t my preferred vibe, Parc Huron still made my time so enjoyable. My husband and I lived here two years and enjoyed every second in the building. The front desk, maintenance, cleaning, management, etc. staff is all incredible! The building and units are taken care of so perfectly. The amenities are really nice to have. And though the city was not for me, I will say that this area does feel far more residential than other parts of River North. You will fall in love with Parc Huron and all the staff in it!

This is, overall, a nice place but I won’t renew the lease. Management is never trying to be helpful. They started imposing Tesla charging limits to 6 hours now so you can never charge over night, meaning you can never charge your car fully and all spots are always empty. Smaaaart, said no one ever. Now for the last two weeks there’s been homeless people sleeping in the private residents only park and they won’t do anything about it. When rent is north of $4,000 / month after all fees, this is simply unacceptable. By the way whatever rent the quote you there’s at least 10-15% more in hidden fees and the parking fee you should account for. The front desk receptionists are always super nice though! And they are vicious people. Watch as they respond to this review by deflecting all criticisms and never addressing the core issues - because their management is rotten to the core.

Easy 5-Star Review. Maddie and the entire office staff are the best and Jose, Juan, and Nelson are the best maintenance staff you could ask for. Highly recommend renting an apartment here!

I moved to Chicago 2 months ago and the first face I saw when I moved was Sylvester at the front desk, he not only made me feel welcome but greeted me as if I were family, he makes my day every time I come to the lobby! The leasing staff are equally incredible, they are SO kind and remember little details people typically forget about you. The maintenance staff should also get a shoutout, they make me feel at home each and every day I see them! Moving in at Parc Huron was my best decision, they are super pet friendly, kind, and VERY welcoming! The location is great and near parks and restaurants as well!
