As a former employee of this place from 2022, my experience of this place is that it is a literal “hell mouth”. You would think that since the owners are “Christian” that maybe just maybe they would have mercy on the people that lived here. Working at this place was traumatic and everyday was another terrible experience. I tried to get money from the owners to make repairs in so many peoples apartments, to get new working roofs over their heads but was shot down by the owners. I have had a lot of pent up anger and resentment to the way I was treated by this place and the way I was told to treat the residents. I thought I was going to be the manager to turn this place around and make it back to its glory days but I couldn’t do it without money from the owners. Almost every single vendor had cut them off because of their lack of paying.
I sincerely pray that God has mercy on the residents that live here and I pray that he brings severe judgement on the owners of this place. May the law be in favor of these poor people living here!

Worse apartments I ever been in. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything but patch work. The office won’t do anything about mice infestation. I have caught over 50 rats and I have to pay for my own exterminator. Please don’t waste your time or money with this slum lord.

I don't recommend this place to ANYONE. I overstayed. Basically 6 years to be exact. Maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. Had a service call put in January 2022 and did not get take care of. Look at the pictures. Termites eating through the roof. Leaking roof on top of that. Mold and bugs. Dishwasher has been broke for 6 months. Management still expects you to pay rent on time tho lol. They honestly need to demolish these apartments and build some new ones. The new place I moved to is so much better. Maintenance calls are answered within a couple hours instead of months. DO NOT MOVE HERE TO PARC FONTAINE APARTMENTS.

I'm so sick and tired of this company taking advantage of the residents I asked for this to be fixed when I moved in here on the 11 of January and it's not even a month later my bathroom roof is on the floor. Please do your self a favor and do not come and stay here. It is over priced for nothing truly nothing this apartment use to be worth the 645 I paid every month which was 7 years ago but now it's a load of crap. The manager doesn't not two shyt whether her staff takes care of the property or not. Maybe it turned into low income and no one said anything. It's time to move on the only reason y I like this place is because of the trees and the neighborhood the ones with respect for others that's it. Waste your time else where. So not worth your time or money

I moved here as my first apartment. The place wasn't cleaned before I moved in and there were cockroaches and bugs everywhere. My bathroom toilet constantly ran. It's supposed to be a gated community but the front gate is broken and constantly open. I had a homeless man sleeping in the stairs right by my apartment. They also charge so many fees when you apply and accept the place and you get none of it back. I wasted $500 in fees alone that wasn't including rent or electricity. When I left they said that the fees were not deposits so I don't get them back. Only good thing was the place had brand new appliances when I moved in and they painted the walls.

Most of the building and street lights are broken (see picture). At night, I'm afraid to leave my apartment due to the darkness. Especially with all the car robberies and murders in the area, this is a huge target for criminals and safety issue. I went to the leasing office to complain about the issue and the leasing agent (Jamillah) was very rude and stated it was not the leasing office responsibility.

Lived here previously around 2016. When moving in, my dishwasher didn’t work. I was also told I had an older apartment so the rent would be cheaper, so if the dishwasher was to be fixed, it would increase my rent. That would’ve been fine but they didn’t fix that either. There was also a really leaky window in the living room that was never fixed until right before I moved out. My tires were stolen off my car. Office staff were polite. I went back in the hopes of getting a newly renovated apartment.
Now I see the renovation stories were a LIE. My old apartment looks way better than the apartments showed. The application process was not started when my information was given. The application process didn’t take long though. The office staff screens calls. They (with exception of the youngest lady in the office) are extremely rude and lack a sense of urgency & decency. The leasing staff is hardly ever in the office. Myself, as well as two other people can attest to this. After having so many issues with talking to the office staff, I decided to rescind my application, which was communicated via email. I received a message saying that my email was blocked.
Do NOT waste your time or money on these run down apartments and dimwitted staff.
