The people here are friendly and welcoming (staff and residents). The food is excellent and of very good quality and variety and prepared deliciously. Great Chef here!! There are a number of activities that you can attend every day; exercise classes, crafts, music and entertainment, games like bingo, bridge, and dominoes just to name a few. There is a big pool to help keep people in shape. The building and your apartment are always clean. Concierge are always well informed on subjects/activities and someone is available around the clock. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful and have a very homey touch; activity spaces are lot like being in a house. I could highly recommend this residence for anyone. I've lived here for 6 months after trying other types of senior living in the last 3 years.

I toured this community with a close family friend that is looking to move their mother in. I was extremely impressed. The community was beautiful and clean you could tell they take great care of it. As a registered nurse I have high standards and Parc well exceeded them. We toured the entire community and were able to meet the new general manager and chef. Residents raved about the meals and all the activities to enjoy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a community for a loved one. I look forward to visit our family friend and seeing the live entertainment they bring in weekly.

Must say that we are very disappointed in the regression of Parc under new management. Our loved one has lived there for years and we are moving them to another community. The dining services continue to be a failing point. The activities are mundane with no variety/creativity. The New Year celebration was depressing. Residents were looking forward to the 20th anniversary Gala and it was a huge disappointment. It is quite evident that minimal effort was put into making events special unlike years prior. Something has to give! We’ve always been proud to be part of the Parc family, however, it no longer feels like home.

My mother has been there coming on 2 years. The first year was decent and food was good. Over the next year food quality has dropped. Meals range from edible to not good with a few decent ones mixed in. . Staff comes and goes fast. 10% increase for second year which is very high for those on fixed incomes. After that, food went way down hill, failed health inspection, now at just an 81 which is still bad. , generator was down for extended time leaving many exposed, overall decline in quality of whole facility. Even at 92 my Mom is considering yet another move to find something better. Definitely would not recommend at this point.

I had an amazing experience with Sean. He was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend if you need a car, hit Sean up at pars cars. He will definitely help you find what you want

We are return residents at Parc. We left Parc to reside at another retirement community. Although we had good experiences at that community, we came back to Parc for a number of reasons. First of all, the food at Parc is great and the dining hours are such that we are able to eat meals on our schedule. The dining room staff go our of their way to please. The wellness program is run by capable people. Exercise classes are regular every day, the pool is accessible for water aerobics during the week, and the equipment in the gym is first rate. Maintenance and housekeeping could become a big issue but not here at Parc. Both are handled efficiently and on a timely manner.There are many other activities we can participate in that are too numerous to mention. If we had any problems at Parc, they are so minor that I will not mention them. We are so pleased to be back here, and would recommend this to anyone who is considering a retirement community.
