My wife and I went here and loved this place. It isn't big or super exciting like the children's museum in Indy, but it is small, respectful, and has great information and artifacts. There is also a small building beside it that is a nature preserve with different information about local fauna. Finally, the park itself and trails are just gorgeous. I highly recommend taking a picnic and spending the morning on the trails followed by a walk through the museum.

So much information to be learned at this place. I hope to see it stay here for a while! They have free weekend activities and other community events. I love learning about native American culture and history, so it was a really cool place to visit. There is not always a guide working, so if you visit, you just get to show yourself around and see all of the interesting things they have.

This place has gone down hill. It's a joke, they either need to replace the lady "in charge" or just needs demolished to save tax dollars. It is sad. I grew up here and my older kids got to have some enjoyment before she destroyed the place. My younger kids, sadly, will never get to experience the enjoyment this park has given to so many generations all because of incompetence ? (she managed to lose most her staff, including volunteers, during the holidays)

Part of the local public park system. Good for all ages. Not massive, but packed with info and fascinating displays/artifacts. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Spent about 30 minutes there. Easily could have spent more time there, but went with people who don't care to read each placard like I do 🙂 Seems like they have some interesting events and activities there from time to time, but I was just visiting town.

Really cool place! Everything is labeled and provides alot of information. Nice place for kids to check out along with adults!
