I ordered takeout ramen from Muteki Ramen, which can sometimes be tricky, but I was pleasantly surprised. While they only have one vegetarian option, it would be great to see more no-meat choices on the menu. However, the ramen was delicious! The tofu and vegetables were perfectly cooked, the broth was hearty, and the noodles tasted fresh.

The service was excellent—ordering was quick, and my food was ready when I arrived. The restaurant always looks clean, which is a definite plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food and quality. I highly recommend this place if you're okay with just one vegan option on the menu.

The restaurant is dimly lit and traditionally decorated. We truly loved the relaxing ambiance of the place. The staff were all very courteous and attentive. We walked in and were promptly seated. When you walk in you can see the noodles being made fresh on site which was pretty cool. The menu has an extensive selection of appetizers, ramen, entrees, and desserts. We ordered the shumai, gyoza, black garlic oil tonkotsu ramen, green tea, and Thai Iced Tea. The appetizers were brought out fairly quickly and were very fresh, hot, and delicious. The ramen noodles were perfectly chewy and absorbed the flavor of the decadent pork broth. The ramen is also a very generously sized portion so come hungry! The thai ice tea was so sweet creamy and refreshing. Perfect ending to an all round great meal. We will definitely be back to sample other menu options.

Glad to have found this spot in Hoboken. People always say you have to travel to NYC to have better ramen and NJ doesn’t have a lot of options - but that’s when they haven’t tried the ramen at Muteki.
Had been there a few times now and the Vocano ramen is simply delicious ?. The broth is flavorful, the meat is tender - they also provide chicken instead of pork when requested and the toppings are perfect.
The karage buns are also a must try.

I ordered pick up Shrimp Tempura(3 pcs) excellent taste fresh, Chashu Pork Buns (2 buns)amazing soft but at the same time crunchy, Miso Ramen wonderful taste.

Craving some ramen and I decided to visit this place! Everything was delicious, I tried the octopus fried balls, tempura buns and ramen! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our dinner…and service was great✨

Had couple times of delivery orders and made one visit. It’s really not the best ramen place around NYC area but it’s def worth giving it a shot for those who generally enjoys Japanese ramen and lives in Hoboken.

But I felt like interior of the restaurant just tried too hard on making it look like Japanese..

적당히 무난한 라멘집이라 호보켄에 살고있고 평소에 라멘을 즐겨먹는 편이라면 한번쯤 먹어볼만 합니다.
