One of the worst manicures I’ve gotten. Despite the color and design I choose, the manicure is bubbly and uneven. To add to that, I was cut several times by my technician and now two of the cuts are infected. The ladies are very nice, and I was too nervous to say something, but now I’m in a lot of pain.

I had a great experience. I travel a lot and can end up with Frankenstein nails of different types. They were super accommodating and had great builder gel and gel X options which I love. They communicated well, were clean and tried to make space for everyone who came in. I’m very happy with how my builder gel came out and I will come back on my next trip.

I went here as a need for a emergency tips and pedicure, gel. The service and final results are okay - nothing spectacular about it that makes me want to go back. My real issue was the nail tech’s problem with my tip. She looked at the money as it wasn’t good enough for her, and then said “just so you know it’s usually 20% tip in cash”. But what if your work isn’t worth 20%? A tip is not mandatory, and I could not have tipped at all because I don’t love my nails, I like them. Please either be clear about your tip preferences if that’s what you prefer and make sure you’re doing work that’s WORTH 20% cash tip.

First off, the service was terrible. My friend and I went in together for gel manicures and I asked for an almond shape, they gave me a very obvious square and then did not put enough coats on my nails for them to not be see through. I had very clear cuts on my middle knuckles and acetone was being poured on them when not necessary, causing pain. Once the actual manicure was over and I was going to pay, the lady loudly called out at me and said I should also take out enough cash to pay for my friends $65 manicure. I did not have enough on my card and explained that to the lady, but she kept insisting and saying things like “just have her venmo you”. This put me in a very uncomfortable situation for both my friend and I. I would have been able to overlook all of that, but not even 24 hours later my $45 “gel” manicure is chipped! Complete waste of time and money, could have done my nails at home for better results.

By far the worst manicure experience. Manicurist cut my finger with buff while carelessly removing powder gel, causing my finger to bleed, & barely acknowledged it. She did a poor job removing the gel and left me with remnants and scratches all over on my nail beds + did a horrible job at filing during my actual “manicure”. Will never come back & do not recommend.

i went in and asked if the $42 gel manicure includes gel removal. they said yes, so i proceeded. in the middle of removing my gel, they all of sudden tells me they’re gonna charge extra $10 for removal. i disagreed with the extra charge bc i said i explicitly asked if removal was included and they said yes.
the nail service was terrible as well

I got SNS here, and it wasn’t my favorite as the manicure felt more like gel and not the thicker texture of SNS. 4 days later, a little bit of my right index finger’s nail had chipped. I went to the salon to get just that nail fixed, and the lady that was working there ended up fixing all of my nails, and added a couple gel coats to renew them. While I wasn’t thrilled about the manicure itself- it was well done, just not what I would expect for SNS, I’m extremely pleased at the dedication to perfectionism. I appreciate them fixing all of my nails, I didn’t ask for that so they did not have to. So thank you for doing that for me!

Worst manicure ever: not properly cleaned nails, some of nails round some partially square when I asked round, not even properly filed nails. This place looks nice but specialists really low level.
