We needed a new kitchen tap as ours was dripping constantly plus it was loose. Kev came brought a new tap, similar but better quality and replaced it very quickly.
Clean workmanship and a pleasant plumber
He will be replacing radiators for us within a few days. Can highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Kevin more.
He has transformed our en-suite, with everything finished to the highest standard.
Nothing too much trouble (even rotten floorboards!), and every step was made easy. Always excellent communication - answered all of our questions, gave his advice and kept us informed.
Everything was cleaned and tidied before he left … you would never have known he’d been here, apart from our fab new en-suite!

Contacted Kevin about a problem with piping under the kitchen sink. He replied within 30 minutes and then was incredibly responsive throughout. Arranged a time to visit within the week, told me the cost ahead of time and arrived on time on the day, was done really quickly and fixed the problem. Kevin was really friendly and helpful and great to deal with. A really reliable contractor is hard to find just now but he was brilliant.

Great service, came the day after I messaged him. Came when he said he would. Removed floorboards to find a leaking hot water pipe that has probably been leaking for years. Repaired it there and then and replaced the floorboards. Cheerful and upbeat and definitely knew his stuff. Thank you so much for solving the mystery of the lifting tiles and damp in our utility room. Would recommend 100% and will be using MU Property solutions for all our future plumbing work.

Phoned Kev on monday morning with shower not working.He predicted a pump problem,of which I gave him the details of, and he contacted me soon after to say the pump had to be ordered,and the cost. Asked him to go ahead,and he contacted me on Tuesday to arrange a suitable time to come and fit on Tuesday afternoon. All fixed and working soon after. Good,efficient,prompt service with a smile. Cheers Kev. Would certainly recommend.

Kev is very responsive.
Great service, quick turnaround; managed to get my boiler tank replaced in 3 days time while I was on holiday. Highly recommend.
