This place has issues like any apartment complex the owner prior to the new management was terrible. However the new team especially Karina and Serena are amazing and always help when they can. Also new maintenance guys Mark and Jose came and took care of some work orders I had that prior maintenance team couldn’t fix. They worked hard did them all in the same day thanks guys!

Overall I had great experience at Mint Urban. The building was under re-construction so it was not the best. The elevators were also not working in our building. But for the price, I think it was reasonable.

Management were great. I had good experience with them till we encounter a misunderstanding and miscommunication during the move-out. However, I'm impressed by how quick and fair they were able to resolve the issue

Keep up the great work!

Sirena is great at her job any questions and concerns I had about leasing here she answered and took a proactive approach instead of how most leasing offices take a reactive approach. I look forward to her taking care of any issues that may arise during my lease.

I rarely write reviews, but imagine how frustrating it has been that I took the time to write . This is my personal experience, and I hope no one else has to endure this level of frustration. I would not have been this upset and disappointed if the staff were considerate and understood where my frustration was coming from I’ve had nothing but frustration with this apartment management team. The staffs is incredibly insensitive, inconsiderate and dismissive, showing zero empathy or responsibility for issues that arise here. My packages have been misplaced and lost ( idk if stolen)multiple times from the main mailroom, which is supposed to be secure. This time when I asked about CCTV footage, I received different answers from each staff member – one said the footage is only kept for a day, another said 72 hours, and a third said I’d need a police report to even see it. It felt like no one wanted to help or take accountability, and all I got was, “We would directly communicate with police officer who has taken your stolen property case”.

The parking lot is unsafe; our car was broken into, and their response was basically, “It happens to anyone who parks a car anywhere.” Basically saying, not our problem. They made it clear they don’t feel responsible for maintaining safety in the mailroom or the parking lot, despite the recurring thefts. I was hoping for a bit of compassion or at least a constructive response, but they were just unwilling to assist, that’s how i felt.

Maintenance is equally frustrating. I’ve submitted requests that go unanswered for days. In the past, I’ve had to call every day to get issues addressed, only to be told that “other emergencies” came first, leaving me waiting for over a week sometimes.

If you’re considering living here, be aware that security, maintenance, and respectful service are not their priorities.

Lived at this property since 2017 in two different units and it’s gone downhill since then. Yes, they’re under new management, but nothing major has changed. Massive leaks inside bathrooms, constant plumping and sewage backup into showers and the elevators still don’t work. The elevators have been down 3 years going on 4 years in my building. We had to call it quits this year and finally decided to move out. Sure the new management is responsive, but nothing has severely changed. Just take a look at the photos - they don’t lie. Our building hasn’t had working lights for 3 months. On top of it the washer and dryers never work properly or are out of service. It’s not a safe building to live in, it’s completely trashed and it’s honestly disgusting. Save your hard earned $$ and take it elsewhere.

The staff is the only reason for me giving them any stars. Cortland, you have amazing staff here, do better with your properties, this property is not worthy of any stars, this one needs a lot of help, not just to slap on some paint and throw in some rocks. You're setting up the people who live here and your staff for failure. Also, bring back the security you had patrolling previously they are needed, day and night and should be walking the property and buildings, it would prevent all this damage being done to your parking lots and buildings if they were watched!!!!!!

I haven't had heat for a week during this past weeks snow storm. Not provided heater. I have 2 bathroom faucets with little to no pressure. They replaced my heating / cooling unit after moving me to a different apartment initially because the unit didn't work, they left a mess in my unit and didn't clean it up, now that they are trying to figure out my heat they left a closet behind the unit a mess and a dirty filter just leaning on the wall.

ITS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD RENTING.

5 months, rent is paid on time but I can't get any help with the issues. I've had to fix my own plumbing (leak under sink due to broken stopper, fixed and paid myself).

Clear violation of the implied warranty of habitability.

As a current resident, I am appalled by the trash services and fees in my building. Despite charging us over $40 per month, the hallways are constantly littered with trash and the trash outside itself always looks horrible. I’ve attached a receipt showing the exorbitant fee we're being charged for this subpar service. It's unacceptable that we're paying top dollar for such poor attention to this essential aspect of building maintenance. This neglect not only creates an unpleasant living environment but also reflects poorly on the building's management and reputation. I can't wait to leave this building and find a better living situation where my concerns are heard and basic services are provided.
