I had such a great time at this museum! The elevator tower experience was so cool and informative! It was fun to see all the trinkets in display cases and the vintage ads on tv too. The views from the top floor are incredible. There are also a ton of interactive puzzles and labs to play with. Highly recommend visiting this historical landmark if you’re in the Twin Cities!

Neat experience of what was once Minneapolis’ main industry! The elevator tour is very interesting, and the ticket price is reasonable.

Only issue was the political apology made on the signs as well as by the tour guide emphasizing the “stolen land” that the mill was built on.

*Also, note, if you park in the garage across the street from the mill, take your ticket with you. You need it to get back into the garage. There are no signs saying this, and we got locked out.***

A lovely way to spend an hour or two exploring the remnants of what made Minneapolis a city today. The museum experience is well curated and designed. The roof top observation deck offers a great view of the St Anthony's Falls and across the riverbank.

Staffs are friendly and approachable.

This place used to be a flour mill, reflecting the state’s rich wheat production. Although a devastating fire once burned the mill to the ground, much of the company’s history and culture has been preserved. An elevator-style tour takes you through the company’s legacy, and when you reach the top, the view of the Mississippi River is absolutely breathtaking! ?

What a wonderful wonderful place! So many hands on things for the children to do. The elevator presentation up the flour tower was really neat! The video was excellent! The employees were all so nice and knowledgeable. We went and paid for 2 more hours of parking half way through!

The Mill City Museum in Minneapolis is one of a kind. The exhibition is very interesting and kept us engaged for two good hours. We took part in some interactive activities—the movie, the tower ride, and the water experiments. It was fun for me and my son. We loved the views and how everything was presented. The space was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The tower ride was the highlight for us. The views were unbelievable and a must-see in Minneapolis. We also walked around outside and highly recommend visiting! The prices were high but reasonable for a museum with a good service like this. Thumbs up!

Interesting tour about the history and products related to the milling & flour business. Innovative elevator use to tell the story and displays of iconic food brands. Also enjoyed the views from the observation deck on the 9th floor.
