Masha'Allah a salafi masjid within a short driving distance from Hollywood! It was open outside of regular Jamaat times and we were warmly greeted by two brothers sitting outside. Alhamdulillah it was clean and well maintained with a separate ladies entrance around the left side in the back. May Allah reward the brothers for their efforts.

No place for ghusl. The Imam was very rude and turned us away because he said we smelled like "weed" . After traveling for hours and wasting two hours looking for a masjid to make salah.. these people turned us away when we needed them most because of the smell of our clothes . Even tho we had explained that we have new clothes and would like to change and get some smell good oil all they said was NO we have to leave. Why is it that every masjid that say they follow Quran and Sunnah why are they so mean and never offer solutions or proof only harshness? Astaghfirallah we will never go here why are Muslims always so mean?

I often travel late to LA. Many mosques close very early in LA and do not provide ways to pray outside the mosque. These brothers helped me do wudu and placed a mat to pray outside after they closed.

Clearly this masjid is closest to the sunnah. Of course I haven't been to every mosque in LA.

May Allah reward all the brothers here. May Allah increase their knowledge. May Allah keep them on the straight path.
