A brilliant stay had by all, really clean rooms with plenty of space. Great for walking, biking or running there is facilities for water sport also. The restaurant is usually quite full serving good food although from a small menu. Will definitely be going back for another stay.

Called in during a walk had a few drinks at the bar. Great service fantastic chatty staff. Keep up the good work.||The bouncy cushion for the kids was very popular. all the children were having a good time. My two dogs were just chillin.||Proper British holiday spot

If I could give 6 stars they would get it. Beautiful accommodation in a tranquil amazing location. What stands out is how much the owners and staff look after this lovely park. We spent a week in a hot tub lodge. 2 adults 2 children and a dog.

The location is amazing on the edge of kielder reservoir with some stunning walks straight from the park. This is a very quiet part of the country so ideal for those wanting to get away from it all.

The accommodation was lovely, extremely clean well specced and immaculately maintained. We had a problem with our cooker the first night and they immediately gave us dinner for free and the next day replaced the cooker. You couldn't ask for better customer service.

The bar/restaurant is lovely with a view over the lake, it served nice local beer and good food for a decent price. The pizza night is a must.

Only thing I recommend is to do a big shop before you get there as there are not many supermarkets around.

All in all an unforgettable holiday and a massive thank you to all the staff.

Thanks to the excellent and friendly help of Tracy and Karon we were able to make a last minute booking. Their help and support was second to none. Perfect.
We have stayed at Waterside before and can honestly state that the service, helpfulness and friendliness of all staff is superb.
The site is perfect for a "chill" weekend. Lots of lovely walks, boat rides and various other activities followed by a nice relaxing time in the bar/restaurant.
We highly recommend Waterside and will most definitely be back.

Second year running we've been yo Kielder Waterside Lodges. We spent 4 nights here both occasion and love the place.

The staff are amazing throughout the facility, everyone we spoke with was lovely, helpful and really went out of their way to see how your stay is going.

My daughter (8 years old) crammed as much in as she could - Swimming, Segways, Archery, Pond Dipping, Water Walkers and Sea Scooters.

The pool is a fair size and only 1.3 metres deep so ideal for kids. My daughter had a swim most days and the change and showers there are spotless.

My wife did a session on a paddle board, her first time, and loved it. Again the instructor was brilliant, patient and made it fun.

Small gym there which I used 3 times. Has dumbells upto 22Kg and a few machines, ample for a workout.

We had Lodge No2. Really clean and tidy, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and good cooker and microwave.

Storage limited and maybe take a few clothes hangers too.

We ate in the bar/restaurant each evening and really nice food, fair price and excellent service from lovely staff.

They had an "all you can eat" pizza night...highly recommend, really nice pizza and more than enough even for the bigger eaters.

I genuinely do love the place, it's ideal for families who like to have a wee adventure and try new things as my daughter and wife did (I minded the dog).

We'll be heading back again I'm sure.

When the manager of the park takes 1 hour out of his day to teach my 7 year old boy the art of fishing, you can safely say this park is special and knows how to put customers first and foremost.

Kielder forest lodge was fantastic ||Lovely hot tub||Comfy beds||Great showers||Welcome basket with dishwasher tabs and hand wash etc||Has a washing machine ||Nice interiors||Highly recommend||There is the anglers arms about 10 minutes walk up hill.

Stayed in a lodge for the full week. Plenty to see and do. We had the pet and hot tub lodge. Very clean with open plan kitchen and sitting room. One double bed and 2 single beds. Washer/dryer, cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Bar/restaurant, shop with small swimming pool. Plenty of trails for walks and biking. Bike hire available. Kids play park, Bird of prey centre on site too. Good for all ages. Make sure you have plenty of midge repellent.
