An absolutely beautiful place to go for a hike and see lots of wildlife!! A nice quiet place where you can hear mother nature and tell the occasional group of hikers (two or more) walk by being loud and you can occasionally hear the loud hikers from a mile away. You can definitely tell who is there to watch nature while being quiet versus the ones that are just there for the exercise being loud lol! Be mindful of others trying to enjoy nature!!

Definitely my favorite place to take a hike, as well as taking flower pictures and landscape pictures too, they have very nice trails and many birds to photograph with their huge park.

Absolutely breathtaking place to get away. Butterfly garden was kind of eh but I'm here in May so I'm sure it livens up much more. Would definitely recommend making a visit to everyone! only reason I wouldn't rate 5 is because of the lack of communication regarding what was open/directions of any sort/lack of signage; the nature center was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to their website. The place is gorgeous enough that it's enjoyable regardless, but when there are elderly/people not as able as others climbing a rocky uphill path only to find a locked building- that's not cool:/

Great trails to hike or bike, great place for winter snow skiing and also has a great Observation lookout point. The butterfly garden is great for children as a learning experience.

Beautiful spot! Loved getting lost in the numerous trails, and loved the observation tower. Worth the whole trip. $8 parking for resident, $11 for non resident. Lots of spots to discover.

Lots of great walking trails and paths here! We went on a cold and rainy day and the trees provided a lot of coverage from the rain. It's amazing how much of the milwaukee area you can see from the tower.

Beautiful state park with various trails for various degrees of hiking. Not to mention the staff is always incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
