Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you just want to see how rough a "hotel" can be. From the initial check-in, to the can't get out fast enough check out, this hotel is terrible. My room was not only dirty, upon closer inspection it was filthy. It clearly had not been vacuumed in between stays. I know this because as I sat on the chair to get dressed, I found what I can only hope was dry dog food left on the carpet, in multiple places. Drawers were damaged and did not shut properly, shower door was stained with something. The AC, while it did work and get very cold, made a horrendous noise throughout the night while it ran, making it especially fun to attempt to sleep. ||As if the above weren't enough red flags, I am currently fighting with the hotel, hotels.com, and my credit card as I am being charged for two separate stays even though I have my reservation confirmation, my check out email, and I was in the hotel for less than 13 hours. When I asked to speak to management upon check out (to report the non-properly functioning AC unit and the "dog food", I was told there was no manager on duty. Cool, cool, I get it, no one wants to talk to a Karen at 7:30am. I called later that day and was told the same thing. I called today (3 days later) when I saw the second charge for the same night, and again, no manager on duty. ||This hotel should be avoided. Period.
