We took our grandson to Aqua Parcs and he absolutely loved it. He had such good fun with his friends. We sat and had a latte at the coffee shop and the service and the coffee was good. A great place to take your kids as there is lots to do.

I booked last minute today for myself and 3 of my children 12 10 and 9. They are all competent swimmers but have never asked to go anywhere like this. We were staying at willen lakes for a few days so thought why not. Booking was really easy We booked the last session of the day at 4.20pm . I explained to the life guards that my son was asthmatic but he knew his limits and triggers as he has had asthma since 12 months old. They were so helpful always checking in to make sure he was OK and told us what to do if he needed assistance. We didn't need it thankfully as there were not many attending the session. Staff were happy to help and did not look miserable on their job which unfortunately a lot do now adays. The only downside is there is only 1 shower where u get out but the changing rooms were clean even at the session we attended. The kids loved it saying when can we go back again.

Great fun for all the family! Some of us were braver than others, but a good time was had by all!
The only showers available afterwards were lakeside ones just to rinse off the lake water, rather than a proper shower.

We came here during the summer holidays, very well set up, had a good laugh with the life guards when I slipped off the top, 3 different floating obstacle courses for different levels, they also have a lovely coffee shop right next to the water, with great views. Thanks guys.

Went as a family of 4 with a 7 and 14 year old we all really enjoyed it the water was slightly fresh at first getting in but after a minute we was all used to the temperature and had a brilliant time would highly recommend

Superb fun and very well run facility - professionally set up, helpful staff, well maintained equipment, safety is clearly very important. Visited with my daughter and we (and everyone else in the session by the looks of if) had a great time.
It is a very tiring hour, especially if you like burgers more than the gym but that's on me so not gonna penalise them for that.
Make sure you get there 40 minutes before your session so there's plenty of time for changing, safety briefings etc.
Definitely recommend for a summer holidays activity.

Absolutely amazing, had such a great time, would definitely recommend and will go again, wish we'd done the 2hour session, buy the socks and be prepared for the initial cold water shock, seriously take's your breath away!

Booked for a birthday present. We were a part of 5. Very clean changing rooms. Staff were really friendly. My children had an absolute blast. I sadly suffered from a panic attack, I couldn't fault the staff. They were very empathetic and did all they could to help me.
Very well organised. Would definitely recommend
