Aménagement à l'Américaine avec escalier aussi spectaculaire que la cascade, parking à 5$ centre d'information, boutique souvenir, mini-restaurant, toilettes et au dessus, un hôtel! Très jolie vue et ambiance montagneuse, a ne faire qu'un jour avec du soleil

I had a wonderful time at Amicalola Falls State Park! The park is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff and fellow visitors were all friendly, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. There are plenty of bathrooms throughout the park, which is always a huge plus.

The hike was beautiful and very pleasant — the views of the falls are breathtaking, and the trail is well-marked and manageable. My dog loved it too! There’s plenty of space for pets to enjoy the outdoors, and he had a blast exploring. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to connect with nature, get some fresh air, and enjoy a lovely hike. Highly recommend this park to anyone!

Was such a beautiful park!
We were with our 4-H group and did axe throwing as well. WT was awesome with our group! He never rushed us, gave great directions, and made sure everyone got an axe on the board!
Was a beautiful walk to the falls.
Definitely recommend coming for the day with your family or group!

good place to enjoy nature. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes and take water with you. very beautiful forest. The fall is small but beautiful. To take good photos, it’s better to go up to the observation deck from below. you can sit on the veranda of the cafe and enjoy the beautiful view. You can also come and stay overnight in a tent. For convenience, there are benches everywhere and tables where you can sit and have a snack.

Beautiful day for a hike!! We went on a Friday around 1 pm. Very well maintained. The Visitor’s Center appears to be very new and staff is very knowledgeable about the trails, falls and other aspects about the park. Restrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are a number of conveniently located picnic areas.

The hike along the falls is beautiful, with lookout points at good spots for those who need to take a breath or do a photo op. There are a combination of wooden and metal stairs.

Parts of the trail are more level than others, and it gets steeper as you go up.There are parts of the trail that are paved.

We love this state park!! Keep our parks beautiful!

Really nice state park! We really enjoyed the park and the trails. The park is very nice and has a very nice visiting center when you first come in. There's a whole play area for kids as well. Then once you hit the trails there's tons of scenic views as you're walking up the side of the fall. When you get to the lookout of the falls it's gorgeous. You can continue up every higher but the first part you go up 175 stairs and the second part says it's over 400 stairs so we didn't continue but if you're a big hiker there's plenty more hiking to do it's only the start of the Appalachian trails.
