Nice hotel, good rooms and beds, very helpful service even very early in the morning when we wanted to leave. Decent breakfast (would have given 5 stars for service if we would have gotten the fried eggs). Bike shed if you want to park your bike securely. Left something in hotel, they will send it to us. All in all a good stay.

Hotel du Parc has become our regular stoppover hotel en route to the Charante coast. Easy to find, nice, well equipped, quiet rooms and a friendly welcome. The restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast. And there is a nice pool for a swim or just to sit and relax by.

Truly excellent. Great lication for Saumur and the Loire Chateaux. Staff as good as I have experienced and the food top notch. We always stay here when in this area ir travelling through.

Modern and very comfortable with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. Secure bike parking was available in the pool room.

This is a business hotel on the edge of town. That said the reception were very efficient and welcoming. The room was fairly standard but with everything that you needed. The air-con was very efficient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.|The bar staff were also very friendly and welcoming as were the restaurant staff. We ate in the hotel and the food. Even on the set menu was very good and well prepared and presented. Wines were modestly priced if you choose wines from the Loire area.|Breakfast was a buffet but copious and delicious.|I would use this hotel again were I to visit Saumur in the future.

As a group of three we were touring Belgium/France on our motorcycles. After a 12 hour, gruelling day on the motorcycles we arrived at this Hotel a little later than planned; 9.00pm rather than the 7:30pm.After getting access to our rooms we went straight to the Hotel restaurant for our dinner. At 9:10 pm were were curtly told by the restaurant manager that dinner service ended at 9:00pm and flatly refused to serve us. After some negotiations we were allowed to order our dinner. There was no need to be so unpleasant. We had booked a twin bedded room and a single. The twin bedded room was very small for two people compared to the huge room occupied by one person. Very strange! The buffet breakfast was comprehensive and there was something for everyone. As it was only a stay for a single night we did not make a fuss to the management but compared to some of the other Hotels we had used in France this place was pretty mediocre and very unfriendly.
