We had my daughters birthday party here and all the kids had fun and no issues with that . however the service was not as good but not awful... The hunts pizza was good I'll give them that the cook on Sunday was very nice

My great granddaughters enjoy ed it ..Because they love to jump..
But it's not a lot of things for the kids to do..
And by the time that they begin to enjoy it..Which is not long the time is up..
U would have to pay for more time..
Mmmm would I personally go back
. I would say No..
I've been to others farther out that was better..
At the end of the day
it's whatever works for you and your Family..
... Just my Opinion !

They had a lot of areas closed, it looks really old need to be updated. Probably was a pretty cool place when it first opened, but you could just tell time has taken its toll on the place. I believe if they updated it would be a great place.

I went here for my little cousin birthday party ?. It was in one of the private rooms. I think it was a party of 20 people. I’m not sure of the price but the package includes wristbands and a pair of socks. The party lasted for 3hrs. The balloons were already setup on tables. The pizza came with the deal and a carter/host for the ? . We had so much fun. Everything went smoothly.

This place is terrible don't waste your money. Staff on phone don't want to help anyone. They took cash when I got here then when I wanted 2 drinks and had exact change they said only taking cards no cash. Argued with me that even having exact cash they still couldn't sell me 2 drinks. What a joke no manager on duty.

Decent jump house with very little enthusiasm from the associates. The restroom was under construction during our visit but it was not very clean and had very minimal soap to wash hands. The jump areas needed some cleaning attention. The pizza was overpriced at $15.99 for a medium pizza. They have a game area that can be paid with credit card, that wad a plus. I wanted to pay online but it pushes you create an account which I didn't want to do. But I do recommend completing the waiver before entering.

March 26th 2024 visit they updated carpet!
The manager, Colton is making some decent improve with enforcing staffing/customer expectation and customer service practices. The facility is cleaner and very little chaos on the busy weekends. I recommend purchasing a membership with the summer fast approaching.

I don’t think this is a good place for smaller kids or even kids ten or younger. I shouldn’t fear for my child’s life because of older kids who are around, playing rough, and jumping out of control. I usually take my kids on the weekends, so it may be different on the weekdays.
