My family and I visited Urban Air today, and I highly recommend this establishment. The facility is clean and safe, and they had the football game playing for us dads. The customer service was exceptional, with a special shout-out to Miami and Anahi at the front desk. They had great smiles and a very welcoming demeanor. I highly recommend this!

Our experience was great at the Urban Air South location. We had our end of the season basketball party there everyone was super nice no waits for food cooked in a timely manner. The manager and her son made sure our experience was great. We enjoyed ourselves. We will be returning again.

I went to the park on the recommendation of Google maps, I took my girls. Since we arrived the place is a total disaster, a giant line to then tell us that we had to sign a consent on other computers. The staff of the payment box is super unfriendly. Several children were lost in the hour and a half that I was at the place, they sell alcohol ? In a place for children, the place is TOO dirty. They gave us bracelets and we didn't even use them because there was no one who told us how to use them. They were 2 of one color and 2 of another color. I wouldn't go again, and I'm one of the people who always looks for the positive side. The staff who should be in the care of the children are in other matters. I am attaching a photo.

This place was so disgusting and dirty. Everything is falling apart, there is a trampoline that literally just sinks in the middle. There is food and trash all through the playscape. There was a giant puddle of water near the concessions with a “wet floor sign”, we were there for 2 hours and no one had come to try and clean it up. Some teenager was running through the place, slipped in the water and knocked me over while I was holding my 1 year old. I’m SO happy we visited this place before committing to a summer pass, we definitely won’t be back. Don’t worry, I made sure my kids were constantly sanitizing their hands so hopefully we don’t get staph.

This place got DISGUSTING over the years. Needs to be refurbished completely. It’s worn down, everything is falling apart, and I can’t emphasize it once again complete and utterly disgusting this place is in. They are wiping down the tables with dirty rags. I don’t see myself coming back. I literally almost threw up. I do not see how it still continues to operate under the conditions that it is in.

The activities are great, staff is very helpful. Took the whole family for a birthday event pizza, soda the whole nine yards, everyone got in a pretty bad way as far as stomach nausea and diarrhea for the last two days. So bottom line is the park is fun, I Would Not Recommend the Food!

First time attending Urban Air. My 2.5 yr old granddaughter had a great time bouncing around. She was quite tired afterwards so she went right to sleep after eating her lunch at home.

Had a birthday party in this indoor playground. My kid really love this place. However, we are not satisfied with the safety procedures in this place. There are lots of teenagers and they like to throw balls into the face of very young kid. No one stop them or warn them. Really the facility needs to have age group and separate teenagers from younger kids.
