I’m a single dad working hard to stay involved in my kids’ lives, especially through their art, which they really enjoy. I pay for the majority of my daughter’s and son’s art classes at MUSEO Art Academy, yet the management has made things extremely difficult for me.

While the teachers are talented and the staff is generally willing to help, the management has been inflexible and unprofessional. Despite the staff telling me that they already keep students’ artwork safe and could easily hold it for pick-up, the management insists that the art can *only* be picked up on Thursdays after class. This rigid policy is completely unreasonable, especially for a working parent like myself, and they refuse to accommodate any other arrangements, even though the staff and the teachers said holding the artworks for another day and picking up before the classes should be no problem.

To make matters worse, they’ve ignored the email address I provided them and instead used the junk email my ex-wife gave them, which I rarely check. This led to important communications happening without my knowledge, allowing them to coordinate with my children’s mother in ways that left me out of the loop entirely.

Honestly, I’m worried that by writing this review, the management might retaliate by treating my daughter and son poorly in their classes. What makes it even harder is that I don’t have the option of moving them to another art school without their mother’s agreement. This leaves me feeling stuck, as the kids are now in an environment where the management has already proven they don’t care about fairness or the children’s growth.

Even with these concerns, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. It’s incredibly disappointing how little the management values the children or supports families. Their focus is more on creating unnecessary barriers than fostering a positive, flexible environment for the kids.

If you value fairness, transparency, and a supportive atmosphere for your children, *do not* choose MUSEO Art Academy. There are far better options where both the kids and their families are treated with the respect they deserve. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

We love MUSEO! Our daughter has been attending weekly and summer classes for more than two years now, and we're very happy with the support from the teachers and staff, as well as the variety of classes that are available for different age groups. We look forward to our daughter continuing her journey in art at MUSEO.

My child attended 2 weeks of art camp at Museo. We had a positive experience. The instructors and their assistants were friendly, kind and responsible. My child learnt about textures, new drawing ideas and techniques. Her favorite part was going to the park. We also liked the Museo T-shirt - she wore it with a lot of pride! I was glad that the kids stayed in the studio when the weather was extremely hot - they played games , draw and had storytime. The pick up and drop off arrangements are organized. It made things easy as parking at the building is limited. Last but not least, I really like how Museo presented the art work (in a folder containing the child's masterpieces) - I feel like I am keeping treasured pieces of art which is ready to be framed and displayed. I highly recommend this place!

The best art studio!!! My two daughters have been attending the studio for around 8 years now. My older one started when she was 7, she is 15 now and remembers her favorite studio with the warmest memories. Still in the studio, sometimes doing lessons and volunteering. My little one is 8 now and it’s her 4th year to attend. Absolutely love it!!! The teachers are the best! The whole staff is amazing! Thank you for doing the best job! Recommending it to anyone❤️

Well organized classes! My kid has been attending these classes two years in a row and the academy is well attuned to students' needs and progression.
As an example, they approached me to set up a more advanced class for my kid. Without their proactiveness, I would have never realized that my kid was ready to move to the next level. Not only that, they tried their best to fit to our schedule.
I like their friendly approach and their commitment to nurture their student's passion in arts.

My son enjoys to come at the art class: he tried general art and he’ll begin soon clay. If you miss a class, you have enough choice to makeup class, it’s very convenient. All the staff are very friendly and nice with kids. We recommend it!

My teen daughter started her art journey 6+ years ago and my elementary-age daughter started her art journey 2 years ago. Museo is more than just art classes. As a parent I’ve seen that the curriculums these students are taught unlocks a part of their minds that normally wouldn’t get tapped into enough. They use techniques that help each student grow in areas of perspective, creativity, goal setting, and overcoming challenges. This has allowed my daughters to translate what they learn in their Museo classrooms and apply it to their personal and school lives. Highly recommend Museo!

I have been going to Museo weekly and summer classes since I was around 9 years old (I’m 14 now!) Art has always been a passion for me, and Museo Art Academy has helped me improve greatly. All the teachers are so nice, and it has such a fun learning environment! I definitely recommend for any young beginner artists. There is a variety of classes, my favorites are drawing. One thing Museo has helped me with is stress. I like being in a drawing class once a week, it gives me the freedom to express and relax. Thank you Museo!
