This is a review of the medieval torture museum located in Northern Florida.

It's hard to describe the emotions that you feel while walking through here reading the placards listening to the audio and seeing the interactive exhibits.

It is definitely not for the weak at heart as this will remind you of man's inhumanity to man ?

That said, the staff at the front desk gift counter where you buy your tickets are absolutely professional and fantastic in the young lady definitely knows her stuff.

Most of the exhibit is low-light conditions and I would not say that this facility is wheelchair readily accessible.

Prepare yourself for this place as it can get emotional and you may want to do the micro afterwards and go get yourself some ice cream after that ...

Pretty cool little tour. Workers there were all pretty awesome and the ghost were even better. Fun little interactive ghost hunting with description of the ghost and how they played a role in the torture scenes. Must download the app for full effects. The voice narration of the tour was pretty cool and lets you move at your own pace. Highly recommend. Had a great time!

This attraction warns that it’s for 18 and over due to content but parents can bring kids in. I brought my 16 year old and she loved it. There’s an optional audio tour to explain the various torture techniques and tools as well as history. There’s a cool gift shop which has some cool tho ha but is a little pricey. Highly recommend the he mini art section it’s really cool!

Lots of exhibits! The audio guide was nice and went along with all the exhibits but would be better if they had more information to read. Lots of people trying to play the audio guides at the same time in small crammed rooms.

Pretty awesome. They had a couple of interactive bites to pull. It was pretty cool for it to be interactive and have an audio guide but you can opt out of that and just read the signs like me and my friends did!! It very sensory friendly

Definitely worth checking out!! Make sure you follow the audio tour, it's awesome!! Great displays, lots of fun!! And the tiny art museum is more impressive than I expected. Wouldn't go just for that, but it's included in the better package with the ghost hunting part, which is seriously fun!

Visiting from Oregon and decided to indulge ourselves by learning about just how cruel humans can be.

The museum was pretty cool, overall. We enjoyed how educational it was with the audio book they provide to you.
Gift shop was also fitting.

We encountered two workers, one male and one female.
The male unfortunately was caught staring at my chest, which was a little unnerving and did not tell us anything about the museum at all or what to expect.
The female though, she visited us as we exited and was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable and chatty, recommended near by eateries and places to visit.

Would recommend to anyone passing through that wants to itch that scratch on history of torture devices.
