La guide parlait très bien français et le musée était vraiment riche en information sur la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. On a pu rencontrer une survivante de l'Holocauste et son frère, c'était une opportunité géniale !

Educational. Emotional. Humbling experience. Tour guide was excellent. We must never forget the atrocities committed by those with wicked intentions. History must not be allowed to repeat itself. They have AI of people who survived the holocaust telling their story and you can ask the AI questions and it answers back. Pretty neat!!!!

My friend and I visited on a weekday afternoon which I am guessing would be a slower day. We were on a two and a half hour time frame which we felt a little rushed to see and experience everything offered. We did not realize that the entrance was on the opposite side of the building and walked around the entire building before we found it. Felt safe with metal detectors and security at entry. We were offered a survivor story done with an interactive hologram and a virtual reality survivor story. We almost skipped them due to our time limit but so glad we experienced them. They were very well done. Nice memorials, art gallery, Jewish food special exhibit. Staff was nice. Gift shop. Free parking lot.

Great experience to learn about the past, on what happened during the Dark days in human history. Prepare to spend about 2 hours and try not to come after 4 pm as they close at 5 pm.

This is a must-see museum! Incredible displays and very knowledgeable docents. It is a very well thought out museum. We visited on a weekday and there were many student groups. It is not a problem as the kids were very respectful and engaged. I applaud their teachers for bringing them to learn about this horrific period of time. We can never forget.

There is a wonderful gift store with loads of historical books.

I highly recommend the VR experience as well as the hologram theater. Both are really interesting.

Ein eindrucksvolles Zeitzeugnis der deutschen und jüdischen Geschichte, , teilweise von Zeitzeugen erzählt mit Hilfe von Film- und Bildmaterial - sehr gelungen!

A very somber experience. Very educational and a must if you are interested in WWII era history. I went on the last Friday of the month so entry was free. I recommend booking a ticket online ahead of time.

This museum was very thorough in its covering of Jewish history and life in Europe pre-war, the rise of Nazism in Germany, the persecution of Jews as well as other groups, the attempted genocide of these groups, life and concentration camps, and ultimately liberation. There was a very nice exhibit on Kindertransport and a very well done presentation by a victim of the Holocaust via holograph. The holograph presentation even invited questions from the audience. The layout was very sequential and the material was very moving. We only had an hour and a half there, but I would have liked to have had much more time. I went with my son who is 11, and the material was appropriate for both of us. The most moving part was being able to enter an actual train car that transported 200 people to a concentration camp. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were eager to help us make the most of our visit.
