Kenia is the best manager I’ve ever met. Usually apartment managers aren’t so nice and the reviews of the previous manager scared me a bit but I’m glad I came in with an open mind because Kenia has gone above and beyond for me. 🙂
Celestine is just as amazing!! She is so sweet and always so helpful.
The maintenance guys are super sweet and quick to fix issues in my new apartment.
I highly recommend Parc Bay!

They have some very challenging policies. A accountant came to deliver paper work on 29th of January and she was parked for about 10 minutes maybe 15 and her dog was in the car and they towed. It to get it out of the impound only about 25 minutes cost over 350 dollars. This money right at that moment made it impossible for me to pay the rent on time and they blocked my ability to pay and in result delayed it long enough to remove me. Because I was just getting things back together everything was very tight. They had been very good I lived there over 4 years but inside of that moment ruined decided to use that moment to ruin my situation and took me to court. They had all the power and knew I had nothing. I paid extra 150 dollars extra everymonth because I did not want totie them into anything I paid the exta 150 for over 30 months. I paid a lot ofextra money to live there with the agreement that they would come and tell me to move and that was a verbal agreement. But they saw a possibility to cause pain so they did. They lied to me during the process as well I agree it was not their responsibility to keep me up with information particularly because I am sure they took it as a competitive situation. I would have made the move if they told me they simply did not want me there.

Companies like this have all the money and all the power and they make you feel like a terrible person if you have any troubles at all and when they do something out of line like tow a delivery driver's car, with their dog in it, and not take responsibility so I had to, and give no leaway because of the situation that was caused by an overagressive tow company who had clealry a predatory practice, they can do legaly what they want the court systems protect them.

04/26/24 Starting my apartment hunt, I've talked to a bunch of leasing offices, but this one really stood out. Catrina was super nice and patient, answering all my questions. Since I'm overseas and doing everything online, it's a big deal to feel confident renting without even seeing the place. This spot gives me major peace of mind compared to others I've checked out. Hoping to apply soon and will definitely update if anything changes. Right now, it's a solid 10/10. Kinda scratching my head at those bad reviews, but fingers crossed I won't be disappointed.
05/01/24 New update. Just dropped a star due to the struggle getting basic questions answered. Not quite hitting the 4-star mark yet, but it's manageable. Luckily, I've shifted my attention to another property, so it hasn't caused too much hassle.

DO NOT APPLY I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY….. They will approve you and even assign you an apartment. The continue after that to ask you for the deposit, prorate fee, and of course the app fee which is the only thing non refundable. You go to get your keys and they ask you for so much more stuff acting like you are in the wrong when you already seen documents, talked to my job and confirmed with the appropriate people. Then denied you after you payed for all that. They will take your money even if you pay with a card and tell you a check will come in 30 days. Makes no sense and also makes no sense why IRIS is still there when you read the reviews for years now. She will be stopped and it really isn’t fair to anyone. Much love and let’s make things right?

The application process may take longer than expected in some cases. Personally, I had specific circumstances regarding the 6 month continuous employment requirement. I also had no rental history and was charged $400 which is unrefundable. I was informed of the extra fee the day I went to sign my lease and it was part of the deposit. I don't like surprises like this, but I fell in love with the property. I like being a resident here because it's quiet, peaceful, and very well kept.

Was very professional. Thought he was going to have to order a motor and it would take several days to get here. Let me know he would put in a window unit. He left, came back with a motor, he installed it and it has been working fine. He is always very friendly and professional! I really appreciate that he fixes it correctly and does not have to be called back.

I always wait to write my reviews so I can get a feel of the environment. I want to start off by saying that The Manager Iris is such a stand up and gracious person full of light. She has helped me so much and has always listened to my concerns about the community. We have a great leader on our hands here and I’m grateful for her. I do not understand how some of these reviews have so much hate filled behind them and it’s unfortunate that people get themselves into situations and blame innocent and helpful people just so they can damage and taint their character. Mrs. Iris has always been so respectful and professional any time I have dealt with her.
