This is a beautiful complex with wonderful home owners and a location which can not be beat. However, I think. There are serious problems with the board of directors and management. The homeowners need to band together and regain control of their property.

This place is great and as far as the negative reviews go some are grossly inaccurate. Midtown Management and Kevin are not the groundskeepers. The groundskeepers are a separate company. Very sad that people will write a negative review because they want something personal done that is not the management teams responsibility.

I have really enjoyed living here until the past few months. Last night was car was broken into for the second time. There is nothing in my car to take and I thought they would of gotten the point the first time. First time they took my car charger and change out of the change holder. This time they took my dogs seat. I have reached out the management company about better light and more cameras. Response was definatly that more cameras will not be installed. I am waiting on a response about better lighting (like motion lights under the carports). I'm starting to feel this is not a safe place who knows what time these people are coming in and out. I walk my pup at differnt times during the night depending on the night. I feel like the management company makes it easy on thieves 1 set of cameras at the gate and horrible lighting. Glad I didnt purchase property here. Just renting! Replacing broken car window is not fun! Beware folks!

This is an excelent gated community 5 minutes from downtown. It's very peaceful and quiet and the neighboorhood is a great place to walk or run without any concerns. Most condominiums are owned or rented by young executives without families. The pool area is a great place to relax and read a book on the weekends or have a party with your friends. If you are looking for a place inside the loop without having to live in a building full of square box apartments, this may be an option to buy or to rent.

My mom lived here until hurricane Harvey and it is a beautiful place with friendly neighbor and if it was rebuilt I would have said by stars but they just have yet to finish her Apartments renovations and repairs

I was shocked to find that these are individually owned and then managed by a management company. The property was clean and there was assigned parking as well as plenty of guest parking. Very close to parks and places to bring your animals to play
