This place is amazing I love the pool, the park, the apartments, and just there overall view. My sis/bsf lives here and I’ve been over there and it is amazing I love the kitchen and the living room space. These apartments are to die for it feels like ur living in a famous person house. Definitely live here for ur whole life✌?

I been here since the end of March i absolutely cannot wait to move. This is a horribly experience. 1st my apartment was constantly leaking every where. Leaks in my kitchen ceiling, toilet , living room, laundry room. The ceiling was literally falling. Why even move someone into an apartment that’s clearly not together. The faucet in my tub constantly running 24/7 hot water raised my electric bill from $80 - 357. Maintenance did fix those issues which I appreciate truly. But the leadership in the office never contacts me back. I’ve put in tickets and sent email request for assistance with my bill based off the fact it’s not my fault I shouldn’t be held accountable. Last I have an upstairs neighbor who is clearly on drugs constantly loud all hours of the night using his skateboard on top of my head. Grown man riding a skateboard in an apartment doing tricks. at this very moment he is literally yelling to the top of his lunges probably having width drawls because it has to be drugs. Very drug infested neighborhood please don’t move here. I do not feel safe at all. I reached out to leadership consistently no call what so ever. I cannot wait to move I have not had peace since I moved here and I regret it every day. I would not recommended anyone to move here who actually works a real job. You will not get rest. You will not have peace you are going to make life harder for yourself moving here in this uncouth environment. And the people in the office to do not care it’s like one person in the office who is nice. And over all the maintenance is nice but they can’t solve every issue.

A horrible place to call home? Maintenance issues will surely take a month atleast, Maintenance will blame the office and the office will blame Maintenance. The roof leaks constantly I've been stuck putting buckets to catch water and you will be fined quickly for the slightest issue. Be smart DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Este mes y el pasado empezaron a trabajar en los apartamentos, por lo que van uno por uno, la semana pasada se llevaron dos tabletas de mi apartamento, con la seguridad que fueron ellos porque a mi apartamento solo ingresaron ellos mi pareja y yo, además que tienen registrado el día y que trabajadores ingresaron lo que coincide con la perdida.
La manager no mostró interés en ayudar a resolver el problema ella no hizo el mínimo esfuerzo, solo se reía y burlaba. Hice el reporte con la policía.
Cuiden sus cosas es increíble que uno no pueda sentirse seguro en su propia casa. Ellos no te ayudarán si no tienes cámaras en tu apartamento ni siquiera pedirán disculpas no les interesa. Yuleisy ya no esta en la oficina.

My refrigerator has been sounding like a generator since the day I moved in. I’m actually a maintenance technician and I know what’s wrong but maintenance is saying there nothing they can do. Hear this noise has really effected the quality of my living space and it really makes me hurts because I do my best to not complain or be a pain but it seems as though management doesn’t care. p.s I also had a package stolen that had supposedly been delivered to the parcel package locker!

I had a very pleasant phone conversation with Roberta the Assistant Manager. She was very polite, very knowledgeable about her property. She was very tentative and listen to all my wants. I will be relocating to the area within the next couple of months and I for sure will be paying her a visit . Hopeful this will be my next home for a while. Roberta you ROCK!!!

I loved Ms. Beatrice. I’m sure she had other duties and clients to tend to but she really took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. She made me feel at home and I’ll definitely be applying here and hopefully a resident. Top notch customer service and a beautiful community.

The Property Manager Ms. Lavita is simply the best!! She was very informative on my needs and concerns for my family..my transfer process from their 2 to 3 bdrm property was a smooth transition!
