Cannot wait until our lease ends at this facility. Nothing good to say about our time here.

I did not believe the reviews that said they billed others for items after they moved out of the apartments. I was billed for carpet replacement, not due to damage, abuse, or neglect but because the carpeting was “worn” from walking on it. This is the same carpeting in the room that had most of the ceiling torn out due to broken pipes and flooding in our closet. This ruined upwards of 2k in clothes that we were not reimbursed for. The contractors also repaired the ceiling and left our bedroom filthy. The carpeting was pulled back, dried with fans, and not properly reinstalled, but we have to pay to replace it due to walking on it. If the carpeting was not such low quality, that would not have been as worn as it was. The hvac unit was also in horrible condition and was dated back to 1996? There are a lot of other complexes with better pricing, better gyms, better parking, located in much better areas. I’m disappointed that our apartment and the facility was neglected to the point that we had to move away from a great group of people that currently live there. I can provide photos and videos showing the great condition of our apartment upon moving out. They will also force you to return key fobs that open the gates, after you are charged $75.00 each when you move in. This money was also not returned to us.
I recommend avoiding this facility at all costs. The only positive items to note are that Lori in the front office is always helpful and very nice to talk with, there are also a lot of great people that live there.

No elevators or indoor amenities yet somehow they’re charging obscene rental rates. These property management companies are definitely working with each other to take advantage of people.

EDIT to respond to the generic message left by P@P: It doesn’t matter IF your rates are competitive with “the market” when they’re 30-40% overpriced. It’s STILL PRICE GOUGING!!!

Reading reviews were very helpful in deciding on Parc. We asked questions about the issues we read and got answers about how it had been handled or just more context. In the 2 years we lived there between 2022 and 2023, we discovered that they have great personnel; Lori in the office is just a lovely person and Cash is great. Maintenance are quick to work on request. It’s a great location in Sandy Springs. The only thing we didn’t enjoy in our time there was our neighbors smoking in the patio. It was frustrating having to go back inside when you’re enjoying the weather and outdoor view. It would be great if a smoking policy is enforced to prevent smoking in the patios.

I have moved 13(!) times since 2006 and this is by far the best apartment complex community I have lived in. Lori and the front staff have been awesome. They even throw parties for the dogs (see pic!). Best location and price!

I recently moved here and Dana in the leasing office was outstanding! As I was moving from out of state, Dana made everything as easy as possible and made sure I was able to lock down the apartment and floor plan I desired. She was always accessible and ensured I was aware of what was going on.

The location here is everything I envisioned when looking for a place in Atlanta. Surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and walking parks for dogs, you can't go wrong with Parc @ Perimeter!

I love the parc at Perimeter !! I have been here going on three years. Lori is the best in the office. The maintenance staff is awesome. The office as a whole is wonderful. I love it here.

I've lived here for almost two years and love it! It is a great location, near all the shopping & restaurants. Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in and the maintenance staff has alway been prompt when there is an issue, no matter how small. Lori in the office is the best!! She always answers her calls or texts and greets us with a smile on her face. The complex is kept in great condition and the underground parking is very nice for when it rains. 100/10 would recommend this complex for anyone who is looking for a great place to live!
